TrainWiser.Com - Forum rules
TrainWiser.Com does not promote the use of anabolic steroids without a doctor's prescription. The information shared is for learning purposes only.
The Administrators, and Moderators of this site are not liable for any injury caused by the misuse of any chemical used for bodybuilding purposes.
1) DO NOT POST ASKING FOR A SOURCE IN STEROIDS FORUM
2)If you are a source, dont bother posting for business, it is clearly against the board's policy and you will be banned.
Violating rules will result in a warning, edited or deleted posts, even banning, depending on how serious the violation is. There are some types of conduct not listed here, that will not be allowed. Common sense will be the rule applied to those situations.
PM a moderator if you have any questions. If you see a violation, notify any of us, preferably a moderator assigned to the board in question. You can also click the report button [!] on the post, if you cannot reach us.
1. General Posting Rules
1.1 No Flaming: Do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.
1.2 No Trolling: Do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.
1.3 No Cross-Posting or Flooding: Do not double post the same message in multiple forums, mass-private message/e-mail other members or use insignificant posts to boost your post count. Do not excessively repeat any character, for example a subject line containing too many exclamation points. Any repetition of more than two characters of anything except things like the ellipsis (... three periods, maximum) can be treated as a violation. Also, many forums have official threads which must be used for certain subjects.
1.4 No Profanity: Do not use unsuitable language while visiting the forums. This is a public forum for people of all ages. Profanity will not be tolerated.
1.5 No Offensive Posts: Do not post any messages that are hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, racist, sexist or otherwise violative of any local or international laws. This includes links in your signature or profile, as well as posted images and avatars. Moderators will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not.
1.6 Use a Meaningful Title: Title a thread you create meaningfully. For instance, when you post a message about a steroid cycle, it is better to mention not only steroid cycle, but what exactly you want ("Cycle for mass"). Moderators will close, delete or edit threads with misleading or useless subjects (one of them would be "help").
1.7 Use English: It is the most widely used language for communication on the Internet. Moderators and fellow forum members can't answer you, if they don't understand your question. Examples of writing styles that will get your post deleted: L33t 5p3ak, ALL CAPS, completely garbled translated English (stuff like "I am want helpful fire engine restoration curative"), excessive abbreviation of three-letter words or obscene amounts of misspelled words ("u r rong about r sitee"). Your post will be allowed when you take the time to write with a minimum amount of professionalism.
1.8 Use Your Head: Before asking a question, search the forums for the answer. Check the product page/profile at http://www.trainwiser.com/. Many of the forums have sticky posts with articles. May be answer to your question is there.
1.9 Use Existing Catch-all Threads: Many of the forums have sticky posts and some have sticky posts that contain links to non-sticky threads that are catch-all threads for popular subjects. Do not post a new thread when there is already a catch-all thread or a sticky that covers the material you are posting about. If you do, the post will be deleted and repeat offenders may be banned.
1.10 Report Violations, Do Not Reply: Any reply posted on an obviously violating thread is against the rules, even if it is to tell the user they are breaking the rules. Do not do this, just report the violation directly to the moderator.
1.11 Policy on Deleting and Editing Your Posts: All users have the ability to edit or delete their own posts. If a user posts a reply or private messages a moderator asking to delete a post that violates the rules, the post will be deleted but a penalty will also be assessed against the member. Furthermore, you should never have to delete or edit your post to remove a rule violation more than once; you should remember the rule and not make the mistake again. Moderators have access to your edited and deleted posts, and if it appears you are covering up intentional rule violations, you may be penalized the same as if the posts were not deleted.
1.12 Obey forum-specific rules: You are responsible for additional rules set within specific forums that apply only to that forum. For example, no chatting is allowed in other forums with exception of Gossip & Chat forums. It is meant off-topic discussions. You are responsible for reading sticky threads, announcements, and for official threads like Steroid Forum threads or one-subject threads, you must observe any restrictions set in the original post of the thread. Failure to do so may result in severe penalties.
1.13 No Drop 'N Go Posts: Do not ask a question and then direct users to e-mail or PM them for responses. If you cannot be bothered to check the forum for replies, other users cannot be bothered to help you in private. This only applies to original posts; other users may offer to help the original poster in private in their replies.
2. Self-Promotion and Advertising
2.1 No Spamming: As a general rule, do not use the forums to advertise a website, email address, business or other entity that you have an affiliation with. However, in some instances, genuinely helpful promotion of a site will be allowed. For example, you can hyperlink your site if it's relevant to a discussion and it's the best answer to a user's question. Starting a new thread for the sole purpose of advertising your site will obviously be treated as spam. Additionally, you can use hypertext in your signature, as long as it conforms to forum policy.
2.2 No Buying/Selling/Trading: Please do not start a thread with the intention of selling your products.
2.4 No Internet Game Invites: This is not a network gaming lobby. Please don't solicit users to join network games here. The sole exception are Friend Code threads, which have strict rules against chatting.
2.5 No Advertisement: This site is not for advertisement. So, any form of advertising your products, web site, etc., is strictly prohibited.
3. Copyrighted Material and Piracy
3.1 No Spreading of Copyrighted Material: Do not upload, attach or post anything that is copyrighted, without prior consent of the respected owner(s). Violation of this rule may result in TrainWiser?s administration contacting the appropriate copyright holder to report the offending material. Links and discussion about unlicensed copies of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
3.2 No Piracy Related Posts: Piracy related posts will be deleted or closed on the moderators discretion. ask the moderators prior to posting a message if you are unsure.
4. No Purchase Order Related Topics
4.1 No Order Details: Do not post order details such as logins, passwords, order numbers and others in the forum.
4.2 No Billing Related Topics: Do not post billing related topics, or the moderators will delete them. Due to the confidentiality, privacy and the sensitive nature in general, this is a big NO NO subject for the forum. If you have questions contact administrator or moderators. Also you may use our Live Help system.
5. Signature and Avatar Usage Limits
5.1 Signature Dimensions: No larger than 400px wide by 150px tall. However, IF YOUR SIGNATURE IS BEING USED FOR ADVERTISING IT WILL BE DELETED. Images must be less than 50KB and animation will generally be disallowed. All rules in section 1 apply to signatures. In any case where the forum applies tighter restrictions to your signature, the forum's restrictions apply; in any case where the forum does not enforce the rules written here, your signature will be removed and you may be banned for repeat offenses. No hot babe pics are allowed!
5.1.1 Other Signature Rules: Your signature must be an ordinary image file. Image scripts (image flippers, text tickers, or any image generated at the time it is accessed or modified by a script regularly) will not be allowed. Lewd images, as determined solely by the moderators' discretion, are not allowed regardless of amount of clothing. Advertising one's own site in a "polite" fashion is allowed at the half-resolution given above, but blatant advertising, especially for for-profit companies, will not be allowed.
5.2 Avatar Specifications: Your avatar must be less than the specified size on the upload page. Animation will generally be disallowed. All rules in section 1 apply to avatars. The size should not be more than 128x128 pixels. No hot babe pics are allowed!
5.3 Other Limitations: You may not post a message that alters the dimensions of the forum columns. If posting a long URL, you must provide appropriate link text to prevent this from happening. You may not attempt to circumvent the forum from preventing use of scripting languages, flash, applets, etc.
6. Punishment
6.1 Punishment process: Depending on the severity of the violation, you will receive a stricter punishment. Multiple posts in violation, or posts in violation after you have already received a warning or deleted post, will result in a ban.
6.2 Ban evasion: Ban evasion is, of course, not allowed. If you attempt to evade a ban by creating a new account, what may have been a short temporary ban on just your account will become a permanent ban on your IP address, or as necessary, your entire subnet. If this causes other users on your subnet to be unable to access the forums, you agree that they shall be provided with your contact information so they may ask you why you caused them to lose access to the forum. To prevent all of this, do not ban evade!
6.3 No Protests: If someone is justly banned, do not question the decision, especially if you don't know the exact reason. The mods and admins are here to help, but at the same time we have a responsibility to everyone. You can't make your stay more enjoyable here at the expense of others. If you disagree with a ban, talk to the mod privately, if you try to publicly cause a scene you will receive a temp ban. If that doesn't deter you, a permban will be given.
Thank you to liksang forum moderator who helped in preaparing forum rules.
