If you want to keep water retention low watch your sodium intake.

If you're already watching your diet appropriately for sodium intake and drinking loads of water, definitely get ahold of an AI asap so you can minimize the water retention.

It is about to the "summer" so that's why alot of people, as with me, choose to not run d-bol due to it's water retentitive characteristics... if you're not worried about it, than go for it, you'll be alright either way in the end, it's just preference.

dbol will make you hold water - at least you know you have good stuff

up your water intake - the more water you drink the less you will hold.. less water you hold less stress on your body..
cardio 3- 4 times a week - and double check your sodium intake, you will be surprised of the amount of sodium there is in some "clean" foods
