Very first cycle--Test E - 02-04-2008

Hello everyone, I am starting my very first cycle Test E @ 250 TWICE a week only. I have been pushing iron for 3 yrs now. I am 5' 8"--145lbs @ 9/10% BF. I train 4 days/week and cardio 3 days----I eat very clean every 2/3 hrs...I have researched, studied, and read lots of articles, before I started. I also have all the PCT..orals / injectables I need.....My question...I am on a 12 week cycle...how much weight/muscle will I add????...Anyone!

are injecting 250m twice a week or 125m twice a week.?

everyone is different bro you might blow up, you may only gain 5-10lbs, either way thats not bad over a few short months...

the trick is to eat all the time like a machine and let the gear take care of it, if you dont eat to grow you never will, especially with steroids

great choice on a first cycle...looks like you're a hard gainer. As a couple of bros have said, you gotta eat like it's going out of style...Don't get lazy on the compound movements..squats, rows, bench, and deads and eat eat eat. My first cycle was my best one to date and this is usually the case if you work hard, heavy and your diet is on like donkey kong...Good luck .

You are right "Test is Best"....and you guys are right "Eat big too get Big".....but I am still going too con"t with my cardio....3 days per week...I just can"t stop my cardio, workouts...I am so pumped about this cycle...Cheers Bros.
