hey 1 quick question, I've noticed my nips are a more puffy than normal(i have big nips lol) there are no lumps and they are not itchy or anything. could this just be a little water retention?

At ANY sign of soreness, itchyness, sensibility, anything just take nolva 20-40mg per day..Nolva wont hurt u so better to be safe than sorry...just keep an eye out and be ready to lay the hammer with nolva.

I would go with anastrozole before taking nolva, nolva a bit too powerful to take "just in case" as it kills some of your gains. As long as you aren't displaying any obvious signs of gyno i wouldn't worry to much and chalk it up to water retention.

Bump!!! very good post ironfuriur!!!! like iron said i would worry to much about the slite bit of puffyness in ur nips unless they start to becomes overly sore or ur condition seem to draticly increases!!! keep us posted on ur results brother!!!

I agree...What I mean is if sympthoms such as soreness, itchyness, etc THEn take nolva, but not for puffy nipples..that could just be in ur mind...now if u feel something then take action

all i have is nolva so i think im gonna stick w/ about 10mg/day till i drop my dbols, i am already gaining weight so fast it wouldnt hurt to slow it down a bit.
