just gave myself the first injection ever, in my right glute. its a little sore but nothing too serious. I hoping to put on 20 lbs from this cycle.

just got done doing back and bi's and i've got to say i thought the skin on my arms was gonna rip from the pump i got. Next inject is tomorrow and i just have one question...is it ok to inject muscle that is sore from lifting?

you shouldnt have a problem, but just remember to rotate inject sites.. as you will build scar tissue rather quickly and can have a build up of oil in one area

alright so ive had 2 injections already and ive got to say a i could use a little work on them. but i can def feel the dbol in my system and the pumps that i get are outrageous. very happy so far.

end of week 1 and i am up 5 lbs. i just injected like 10 min ago in my left quad and i think im getting the hang of it cause it doesnt hurt at all really.

day 9 - I did legs today and it was amazing, my legs felt so strong. I did the most i've ever done on leg press and hack squats.
