Today is my 6th week of the cycle. I am staying lean but kind of quit gaining wieght for thes last 2 weeks. I am lifting more weight than I ever have and my strength is still going up. I am 13 weeks out of the contest that I am entering so my calorie intake has dropped a little bit. I have dropped my carbs down to around 300 right now and next week I will do 250 by cutting the carbs out at night. At least this cycle will help me keep my muscle while dieting down. I still have the winny to take in a couple of weeks. The only thing is that I am going to travel to a different state while having to take the winny. So I need to smuggle it so to speak in my own states. Sucks!!!
All is well and now it's time to see that muscle that I earned in a more leaned out fashion. Only half way through it. I'll keep you guys posted.
