Today I just started my first injection steroid cycle with some sustanon 500mg EW with 30mg of D-bol ED for the first 4 weeks to jump start the gains. It looks like this:

Weeks 1-10-Sustanon 500mg EW
Weeks 1-4- D-bol 30mg ED
Weeks 1-10-Nolv 10mg ED
Weeks 10-12-clomid 50mg ED

The first 5 weeks I am using some sust that I bought from a friend but for the last 5 weeks I am going to use some Sustaplex which should be coming in anytime soon. I am pretty excited about using that because it has 5 different esters in it. The D-bol that I am using by Axiolabs also.

hi rah.im going to start the same cycle. in a few weeks. but im using stanoplex for the last 4 wks aswell. my cycle will be like this.

wks 1-10 sustanon@ 500mg wk 2 shots.
wks 1 -4 d-bol @40mg ed.
4 wks off. the orals. then stanoplex for 4 wks @40mg ed.wks 9-12.
taking it to 12 wks.( so i can start pct a few days after.) so its 2.5 wks after my last injection.
running nolva @40mg ed for first 2 wks then 20mg ed through out running into pct.
clomid 3wks. 50 mg ed. pct.
liv 52. 6 tabs ed through out.
sustanon. organon.
d_bol . stanoplex both axio labs

I will do that. I forgot to put in there that the last 4 weeks I will add 40mg of turnaplex (t-bol) into it because I have a bunch of them.

I bumped up the nolv to 20mg a day right now. I was thinking about doing this while using the d-bol but then going back to 10mg ED once I am done with the d-bol. Anybody ever done this? Is 10mg ED going to be fine?

My glute is kinda swollen from injecting on Friday and it is Sunday where I am. Is this normal? It feels like I fell on my ass really hard or something. I think what I did being my first time to do this was that I put the needle in my upper right glute, but when I put it in I wanted to make sure that I left part of the needle out. When I did that I thought I pulled it out to far and stupid me pushed it back in where I thought it should be. I think that is what did it. Does anybody have some input on this?

injection pain is normal at the site with any compound that contains prop, depending on the brand, but most have that trate.......injection pain is normal in any case, give it a thew days and it will go, towards the back end of your cycle you'll find its not painfull at all really, just a dull ache, what pins are you using?

and out of interest, why the clomid for the last 2wks of your cycle???? clomid should be used for pct at least 3wks after your last shot of sust, use nolva during, 10mg ED will ward off most probs, bump it to 20mg ED if you get worried, but 10mg is normally good....
too much nolva can interfier with your gains, remember mass isn't just muscle, its water/fat aswell.....but your diet will determine how much of either you have.

what does your PCT look like???

oh and if your using d-bol and find your not satisfied with the gains your making, bump it to 50mg ED and have your nolva on-hand just in case.....

Why clomid? That is just what I always read to take, that and nolv together. So I should start the clomid 3 weeks after my last injection for 3 weeks?

I am using 23 gauge needles. I read at spotinj.com that is the size I should use for injecting in the glutes.

I am wanting to see some faster gains and I was wondering about uping the d-bol some. So 50mg is fine? I probably need to order some more then.

For PCT I am going to do clomid for 50mg ED for 2 weeks with 20mg of nolvadex together.

My diet id good. I am eating about 400g or so good complex carbs with alot of protien. At least 40g per meal up to 60g. Since I am doing a mass stage I will have a couple cheat meals a week.

Anything you would recommend me to do? Of course I want to gain as much as possible. I just got back from my honeymoon a couple days ago and lost a couple of pounds and some strength but not much. I have gained it back but of course I want more. Just a little patience will do I suppose.

My butt now has a large hard bump on it. Could this be from abscess or is this normal? I have been given shots a number of times in my life butt this has never happened. Anybody?

Your Diet Is Looking Clean Bro, Just Try And Keep It Clean, It Will Have A Huge Effect On Your Gains.....lots Of Protein And Complex Carbs, Dont Worry Too Much About Fat, I Only Use Olive Oil There And Cheat Once A Week For The Day, To Help My Reserves, Keep The Training Intensity Up But Training More Than 4 Days A Week Will Inhibit Recovery In Most Despite The Gear....

Pct Will Have To Start At Least 3 Wks After Sust Due To Tthe Long Esters Attached, Some Last Up To A Month Or More - One Reason I Am Not Keen On Sust, Its Too Unstable ....your Clomid/nolva Looks Ok So Far, But You'll Wanna Run It For Longer Than 2wks Aim For 4wks

The Lump Is Normal, Just A Little Swelling Thats All, If It Gets Red/itchy And Causes More Discomfort After Say A Week Or So, Then Get It Checked Out,
Remember To rotate The Injections Every Time To Ensure You Wont Create Tissue Damage Etc. Sust Is Said to Give You A Harder Muscle At The Injection Site So Thats To Be Expected, Although I Cant Confirm This.

As For D-bol, 50mg Ed Will Definatly Help Kickstart, But You Wont See Much From D-bol For A Bout 2wks Or So, And 4wks In Will Seem To Produce Some Very Noticeable Strength Gains......just Have Some Nolva Aside Just In Case Of Gyno Or Bloat....10mg Ed Will Suffice, Up It If You Need To.
