Well this is my 8th day of the cycle... already seeing more vascularity and strength. Loving it, I tell myself I'd see more if I was eating heavier, therefore I train harder. Been doing cardio => 4x a week for a min of 30 mins and lifting at least 5 days a week. Diet is on point except for last weekend when I had some vodka tonics, thinking that was sugar free...

dumbass. 22 carbs per drink fyi.
Down from 205 to 198 in the last 3 weeks and haven;t lost a bit of muscle!
