Thanks upondeez, I appreciate the help. Why lose the T3? I know, and everyone talks about how strong it is, but I am really in this to lose fat, and preserve lean muscle. If taken in low dosages, with the prescribed diet, and cycled on and off, why would it be bad? I want to lose more than "a little bit." Please show me.

I may have wrote it down wrong, but the winstrol was gona be on the last 6 weeks of the cycle. Recently, I have done research that seems to show I should run it for the last four weeks of the test and eq and then overlap by about 2 weeks, and then directly start the PCT.

John,
upondeez is saying that if you keep your diet right and do the cardio you wol't need the T-3. Its honestly just not worth the risk. The winstrol is going to be harsh enough on your liver and joints...dont let T-3 make things worse. If you diet right and do plenty of Cardio theres no reason you should shread fat with the gear your taking. Remember, Equpoise is going to build nothing but lean mass. Sustanon is going to be your breaker in the cycle.
I still say its just too much water weight IF you wana shread...It wil give lean mass with the Equipoise and Winny but if you run the t-3 you'll be killing that the sustanon is doing.
I just dont believe a Fat Burner and a estered Test like Sustanon should be in same cyle...

Am I wrong upondeez?

Not only is T3 bad on the kidneys. T3 has the potential to have serious adverse effects on the thyroid as well. I too, was looking to take the T3 and T4 products, but after reading indepth on these products and how they affect the Thyroid. I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

its just not worth it. i as well have some and will not be taking it.
If anything take some Eph or Clen. Its safer than T-3...Still not the safest but...def better than t-3.
T-3 is just not worth the long term very possible effects. sure, it may not harm you...
but im not takin that chance.

I'll tell you what, I'm sad about the T3 lol, but this diet is GREAT! It is VERY hard late at night, and hard to lay off beer for a guy like me, but I havn't had ONE beer, or "cheated" once except for two pringles, which I almost threw up . If I'm hungry late at night, it's pre-portioned turkey, which has the teplaxin or however you spell it to make you sleepy so it's perfect timing, with spicy yellow mustard, no cals. I feel the fat falling off!

Downside: I'm a little less energetic at this time, probably due to the caffeine supplements like cyto-lean and ripped fuel I use for short time energy.

Alright, I've been dieting for a week and a half... and I started my cycle today. One question, should I do .5 mL eod of the sust 325 or a full mL every 4 days, like I had planned? I know you need to inject it a lot, preferably. Obviously e4d is preferable personally, since I have eq 2x/wk and later on winstrol. Either way...

Been dieting for a week and a half, without cheating! results are great, I've lost around six pounds, seem to be retaining muscle fine, of course its early, and I just started anabolics.

I will be taking pictures very soon, for before and after purposes.

Finally: Is it ok to change needles every time, but to keep the same syringe for each substance for awhile? I realize when you aireate the injection you get some of your fluid in the syringe, but its not blood or a contaminated needle... I have never done that but I thought it could be possible. Thanks guys!

Well I am glad to hear you dropped the T3 product, I think you made a wise decision there...

Something I found that works really great for late night hunger and can be integrated into your diet and cycle with excellent results is "Casein". I use it myself, it is called Gold Standard 100% Casein powder. That particular product also comes with a great variety of BCAA's. Use 1 scoop in a late night protein milkshake and goodbye hunger, plus it only has 110 good calories...

Only use 1 scoop though, once I put 2 scoops in my shake and I felt like a blotted tick...

By adding Casein powder you should be full all the way until the next morning...


On A Side Note: Let me know how you feel about the Sustaplex 325 after you have used it for a while, because I've heard mixed reviews about it....
