I'll tell you what, I'm sad about the T3 lol, but this diet is GREAT! It is VERY hard late at night, and hard to lay off beer for a guy like me, but I havn't had ONE beer, or "cheated" once except for two pringles, which I almost threw up

. If I'm hungry late at night, it's pre-portioned turkey, which has the teplaxin or however you spell it to make you sleepy so it's perfect timing, with spicy yellow mustard, no cals. I feel the fat falling off!
Downside: I'm a little less energetic at this time, probably due to the caffeine supplements like cyto-lean and ripped fuel I use for short time energy.
