Talking senseable? - 04-21-2008

Hi all,
I'm completely new to all of this, so any advice would be helpful....Here is my plan: I'm 38 ,male,6'1", 235lbs....I've been hitting the gym 5 days a week (mostly cardio) for the last 3 weeks and have dropped 9lbs. I just purchased 100 - 0.04 clenbutaplex tablets, I'm going to take 1 the first day..2 the second etc until I reach 4 per day then "cycle down" in the same order as I run out. My hope is that by then I will have lost enough weight to then do a cycle of methanoplex to tighten up. Does this make sense or am I completely off base here? Again any advice would be helpful .

I am not the person to talk to about Clen i hate the stuff personally there other ways to lose weight if you have lost 9lbs i three weeks stay with that routine. as far as the Methanoplex (d-bol) Bad move if you want to tighten up here is a great cycle you will love.

Test E 400mg each week weeks 1-12
Primoplex 400mg each week weeks 1-12
Anavar 50mg each day weeks 1-8
Stanoplex 50 mg each dy weeks 10-14

PCT
HCG 5000iu last day of cycle
1500iu every 4 days for two weeks
Clomiplex 200mg day 1 of week 15
then drop 50mgs each day till you are at 50mgs each day for the rest of weeks 15-16

you will want to have Nolvadex and amireplex on hand for gyno and water retention.

I'm new to forums,but anyway does anyone know about anti e's ? I had taken test and a little tren for 8 wks but my buddy sold out of his nolva. He has hcg but i dont want to take that by itself. I even ordered but shipment was lost or captured or whatever. The point is i have been taking e.q. since then tryin to hold onto mass. Is there any leagal anti e i could take with hcg to help keep gains. I wanna get off cycle and try igf 1 r3 for a few cycles to give my recepters a break. Thank's guys.

thanks for the help....Is there something I should know about clen that makes you so down on it...The reason I went for it is because of my age and the extra fat I'm carrying. I certian the only reason I've dropped 9lbs in 3 weeks is because I haven't worked out in years and that weight loss is gonna slow down very soon. But I will certianly try the cycle you suggested after I run the clen

These type of drugs are designed for people in top notch shape to shed those last few %'s of BF for conditioning or contest it does not sound like your in this bracket i can however set you up a diet and a cardio plan that will get you body in fat buring mode.

I see....well, my current diet consist of a bowl of whole grain cereal for breakfast, a "smart ones" or "lean cuisine" microwave meal for lunch and for dinner I eat with my family (whatever the wife cooks...lol) , but at dinner I'm practicing portion control and having a salad beforehand.... throw in a few pretzels or a handful of trail-mix for a snack and thats about it....sounds lovely huh? im assuming you are k.cal deficient with that approach, so you must be planning on loosing weight or cutting, if you plan to gain you'll will defo need to eat to grow when using AAS bro....no.1 mistake people make when using gear....not eating enougth or not eating correctly followed by over-training...IMO

5 days a week on low cals, sounds like you could be doing both which may result in an un-necessary loss of muscle mass and strength...but then everyones approach to training should suit their own ability and goals etc.

i like to do a bit of everything, bodybuilding/strength/ but i mainly stick with the basics and train compound lifts inc. big 3 and olly style lifts....with just a bit of mirror muscle training....id rather be in athletic condition than on stage like a bodybuilder, but i do admire the dedication and image etc.


WE DONT CONDONE THE USE OF ILLEGAL STEROIDS HERE WE JUST ADVISE PEOPLE HOW TO USE THEM SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY....FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.....

Bro eating like this is a like rob said is a calorie defeciant diet which is okay but needs to be practices correctly.

When on a calorie defieciant diet it is a must to eat 5 times a day to keep your metablolism moving faliure to do so will result in your metabolism slowing down and your body storing more fat than it needs. you need to be between 1800-2000 cals a day and eating good no bad carbs and getting the proper fats in your diet will help out. I have premade diet plans if you want one

I'd be interested in looking at any pre-mades you have too. I think I have my diet pretty well nailed, but I am always game to check out what others are doing to see what I can learn in the process. Thanks!
