Bro eating like this is a like rob said is a calorie defeciant diet which is okay but needs to be practices correctly.
When on a calorie defieciant diet it is a must to eat 5 times a day to keep your metablolism moving faliure to do so will result in your metabolism slowing down and your body storing more fat than it needs. you need to be between 1800-2000 cals a day and eating good no bad carbs and getting the proper fats in your diet will help out. I have premade diet plans if you want one
