New to this game.
All I want is strength no need for ripping or growing huge, though not a bad side effect, can anyone give me a good stack or single that would create strength?
36yrs old been in the gym since high school, 5' 11, 230lbs I just want to be stronger normal-boring guy....
If you have the time, what would you use, when, for how long, what to use to keep from getting gyno, & such, diet & nutrition, and cost.
