nov. cycle plan - 07-26-2008

hey bros,planning this cycle near the middle of nov. i already have everything on hand..looking for any advice good or bad..not looking to get huge...just increasing athletic ability with maybe 10-15 solid pounds

week 1-13 650mg sustaplex
week 1-13 400mg eq
week 8-13 200mg primo (have never used primo..curious about sides)
thinking about adding in a light oral to bridge into pct...maybe var..not sure

pct clomid and nolva on hand

diet pretty clean,but do alot of endurence activities - running , 12 mile ruck marches so i need to keep cals high


Iraq march03'- april04'
Iraq feb 05'- oct 05'
Iraq aug 06'-aug 07'

here is what i would do


Test E 250 500mg each week broke down into two shots 250mg monday and tuesday weeks 1-12
EQ 400mg each week weeks 1-12
T-bol 50mg each day weeks 1-6

then your pct looks good

Drop the primo
if you want to harden up throw some var in the last four weeks.

thanks tri..sounds like a solid plan...adding the var will keep me from pinning so much also...i already have the primo on hand,but i can save that for a later time any advice on using the primo,there is not much info floating around about it and most is conflicting

Why inject the Test on monday and tuesday? Usually its monday and thursday isn't it?

bump - this would help keep blood levels more even if injections are spaced out...

As far as your question about primo goes, it is a very mild substance that probably should be ran at 400mg/wk at the absolute lowest. I don't think you would even feel or see much at 200mg/wk.

Bump on that... the first time I ever tried an AAS I had been convinced to run 200 mg Primo a week for 10 weeks, because of the fact that it is very mild and has very little sides, however at that low of a dose I saw little to no results honestly... so if running it, run it higher.

400MG EACH WK for male bodybuilders, its pretty mild....
