Just another my 1st cycle thread - 03-14-2008

Hi guys first off I apologize my first posts are requests for information, but I

hope to be able to give back to the community in the future at the very

least by posting a detailed log of my progress during my cycle.

I plan on running the following

Methanoplex (Dbol) 35MG P/D (Week 1-4)
Testaplex E (Test E) 500MG P/W (Week 1-10)
Clomiplex (Clomid) 100MG P/D (Week 12-14)
Clomiplex (Clomid) 50MG P/D (Week 15-16)
Tamoxiplex (Nolvadex) 40MG P/D (Week 12-16)

Will Also be running following supplements during cycle..

Whey Protein
Fish oil
Hawthorne berry extract
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
NAC

My rough stats:

6FT
170lbs
Ectomorph with very small skeletal structure
Not sure on BF % but I am extremely lean with almost 0 fat.


I am looking for the most input on my PCT as after countless hours of

research I still can't seem to get a definitive answer as to what the best

PCT is.

Also I attached a picture illustrating my workout routine I will be using during the cycle. I took it from "Bulking for ectomorphs" by Derek Charbolis.



Any input will be greatly appreciated especially from the vets.

Honestly with as simple a cycle as this nolva alone will get the job done! You have the pct down almost perfectly except you don't take 40mg of nolva for 4 weeks you only do 2 weeks at 40mg and then 2 weeks at 20mg. Its nice to see some one who has done their home work

Thanks for the quick reply.
So take the clomid out all together then, and just take nolva 40mg wk 12-13/ 20mg 14-15 ?

Any thoughts on the routine I am thinking the deload week may not be necessary while on.

let me know how you react to the push/pull routine set up for hard gainers, i posted the
e-book a while ago, im assuming you got it from there, i tried something similar and it worked for a while, although personally i prefer to either put a day between the workouts and push it real hard, otherwise squatting one day and doing deads the next fuk my lower back and put alot of stress on my hamstrings.....
i much prefer upper push/lower/upper pull ........every other day so i hit those muscles every 5 days, training this way allows me to concentrate on my power lifts and auxillary exercises....with just enougth recovery for strength gains....
