ive read an article in this form and cant seem to find it now lol
my question is to rub or not to rub the injection site after you have pulled out the needle??
i read here to do it but been told by many not too!!!
is there pros and cons to this??

I always massage the area for a minute or two after the injection,especially if your prone to site pain.But as you say there are different opinions!

i to rub after injection i get less of a lump that way.

me personally.......i never rub. sure...i get some soreness from the gear. but nothing unbearable.

Rubber here all the way(lol) seems to make the lumps not as bad, and a heating pad on the rump never hurts either.

only if i feel tense after the injection i usally rub later in the day and massage the whole are seems to help out a little but bro you are putting foregin compounds in your muscles there will be discomfort

I pretty much always rub right after I do an injection. I feel that it helps disperse the oil. If I don't rub/massage within a couple minutes of the injection I will feel the soreness settle in very quickly.

i ALWAYS rub it in!
No pain and never a lump. I actually apply a heating pad that night as well....call me a wuse but...i never have pain

Ive done just about everything. Rub, Heat, you name it. Nothing worked. I believe more in how you shoot, slow, and a steady hand. Just my personal experience. I dont have any issues any more.

I htink its in how good your pinning is also. I get mine done by a nurse friend and never any pain,lumps nothing. I dont rub , maybe take a warm shower, but I dont notice really any difference if I do or dont.
