my gear is at 400mg per ml test e

my question is am i better off to inject once a week or split it into 2???
or will it work out the same in the end??? 1 less poke goes along way but if split into 2 works better then so be it!!!

I'm no pro, but from what i've been told, It's best to do Test E 2x a week. It keeps your blood levels more stable.

well, i dont see 400mg Test E very often...
are you taking Test E 200 then 2 ml of it?
Or is it straight Test E 400?

If its straight 400 then split it up. Like Monday and Thursday.
If it is Test E 200mg and ur just taking 400mg/wk still split it up!

Many will say twice a week is better. Personally I have tried both ways and prefer once a week. I just feel it works best for me.
