First (real) cycle advice, body recomp -

Hello there !
I'm considering my first real cycle (I did a Anavar + Epistane cycle, with no side others than I made way less sperm than normally).
My first cycle would be to gain some very lean body mass while losing fats (I probably have to loose 10-15 pounds at the most).
Week 1-4 and 8 - 12 - Dianabol (taper up to 40mg/day)
Week 1 - 14 Test E (taper up to 600 mg/day)
Week 1 - 14 Equipoise (taper up to 600mg/day)
During this, I'll try some Clenbuterol (taper up to 120mcg/day, 2 week ON/OFF routine) and T3 (taper up to 75mcg- 100mcg a day and tapering down; the whole T3 cycle during 6-8weeks).
PCT will be : 4 weeks Novaldex (40/40/20/20) 2 weeks after last injection.
Also, I have plenty of Novaldex on hands, is it okay and effective to run it during cycle to avoid water retention or is really better to take an AI ?
Do you think is a "smart" and effective cycle ?
Wont I waste my muscle because of T3 at this dosage ? (Or should I add some Winstrol (50mg/day) ?)
What kind of gain I will probably end up with ?

Since this is your first real cycle Dbol and Test E are just fine no need for EQ yet. Also don't taper dosages keep it flat 40mg Dbol ED and 500mg test split in 2 shots a week, there is no need to use 600mg on your first cycle, 500mg is more then enough rigt now  .The clen and PCT look good, run anastrozol during at .5mg ED to help with estrogen sides rather then the nolva. You're going to have to wait a little bit for some one with better T3 knowledge I'm not good with dosing that one. Other then that cycle looks great just remember diet and work ethic are FAR more powerful then the drugs and that's the true determining factor in what happens on a cycle.

And about the EQ, the thing is I read that is as anabolic as Testosterone but half androgenic, so it's should be a compound that help with side effect (to have an easier cycle).
And as for Anastrozole, if I can't have this one, I'll probably have the Exemestane, I know is a little "too potent" by reducing a big amount of estrogene, but I'll only take a small dosage.
And the thing is, that I already have the tamoxifen (nolva), that's why, if it's effective, I prefere use it.
And I already read a lot of T3/Clen combo, and dosage of T3 were 2 times higher, but I don't have lot and lot of fats to shred, just want some good help, but don't want my muscles to be burnt.
I have a good diet, but I was kinda bulking, that's why I have fats (I probably didn't had fats in all my life !) Then, during this cycle, I'll slow my carb intake and have higher protein intake.
And about Winny ? Is it a good thing to add it, to avoid muscle wasting ? Or the diana/test (and probably EQ, I wait for the others to give advices too) will be enough to keep my muscles mass and add some very lean one ?

Yes, EQ is less androgenic then test is but the sides really depend on the person which is why doing a basic cycle first is best so that way you can understand how base comounds effect you. It's all about experimentation man you should add one new compound per cycle to really know which one is good for your physiology and which isn't. EQ is also notorious for increasing hunger so on a cut that wouldn't be a great idea unless you have an iron will. Honestly save the EQ for a second cycle and just do the dbol/test.

Yep, I know that TEST ONLY (or with Dbol to kick start) is like the overall (and best) advice (almost chorus) give by wise man to beginners.
So, do you think I'll have almost the same result without than with EQ (because, if I only use test, and if I support the 500mg/weeks, I'll probably work my way up a little)? Or what kind of results with my "fat burning" compounds and Test + Dbol during 14weeks I could expect ?
And how many times must I wait to start the T3 + Clen "cycle" ? (Because I think is wiser to wait than my body react to Dianabol, and than the compound became effective, to avoid muscle waste)
Do you think I have to keep proscar on hands or if I don't have any male baldness problem in my family, it would be okay ?

EQ is hit or miss some people get lots from 400mg others can take a gram a week and notice nothing, so it depends.You'll love just the test and dbol though so don't worry man remember less is more!
I would wait until week 5 or 6 to start the T3/clen so the test is kicking in and muscle loss will be at a very minimum with maybe(depending on diet) some gains. Honestly after reviewing your post if you just want to lose 10-15 lbs you could just do the clen and add a little extra cardio to your workout and you'll lose the fat with gaining some LBM since the T3 won't be ravaging you muscle mass.
Also no need for proscar unless MPB runs in your family.

If my diet is "okay" (I won't say perfect, because I just can't have a perfect diet) and I take good dosage of clen (alone) with the test and dbol, how many times approx. with the help of clen, I could shredd 10-15lbs of fat ? (because I know that the combo clen + t3 will probably help shredding 10-15lbs of fats on 4-6weeks if I diet)

About 8-10 weeks, you WILL get water weight from the Dbol and a little from the Test so don't be scared when you look in the mirror and look all bloated or step on the scale and are you add 5 pounds and do something crazy. Keep sodium to a minimum and keep water intake high and take an AI and the water bloat shouldn't cause too much of a problem when the dbol is stopped.
Try to make your diet perfect, a cheat is ok once a week AT MOST on a cut but even then keep it moderate. No tub of Ben and Jerrys for you bro!

the "about 8-10 weeks" is for shredding 10-15 pounds ?
Is it a good thing to eat only high protein foods (tuna, chicken breast, ham etc) ? to speed up the "process" ?
And clen (only) need to be on AAS to avoid waste or not ? (I means, does Clen produce catabolism ?)
