Red face First Cycle -Test E and D Bol - 11-22-2007

Hey Guys, I`m into my 2nd week of test E and Methanoplex. I`m 6 1", 215 lbs, a bit to much body fat right now, but working hard on the diet plan as well as throwing in as much cardio as possible. this is my first cycle and I`m pretty pumped about it. I`m in week 2 of it. I`m running 1.5 cc Test E 250mg/ml two times a week, so 3 cc/week. Should I be running more Test E?. As well I`m taking d-bol 3 times a day to make for 30 mg/day. Cardio I`m running 3 times a week, roughly 15 mins of running, 5 minutes of a jog to finsh. My gym buddy and I are working out on a 4 day cycle.
Mon- Bi`s, finsh with Run
Tues- Chest/Abs finsish with Run

Thurs- Back and Tri`s
Friday- Legs/Shoulders

Sat/Sun- Go in for Cardio only.

I`ve been working out for the last 1-2 years, but for the last 6 months sticking to this routine. In terms of food I`m really trying to cut out "Wing/beer nights" , Sticking to eating 6 times a day. Oats/grains at breakfast. Lots of Tuna/chicken sandwhiches on Whole grain bread. Snacks- Almonds, bowl of brown rice, cottage cheese, grains. Dinner I often will make an omlett with chicken, green veggies in it or on the side.

So Far I havn`t really noticed any side effects. Its hard to tell the gains because its only been 2 weeks, but everything is feeling nice and tight after the work outs. I think this is from the D-bol! I`m going to run Test E for 12 weeks, havn`t decided what I should up the CC`s of Test E to. D-bol only for the first 6 weeks. Lots of water as well.

I`ll keep you posted on the weekly basis.




(side note: has Western Union ever not put an order through until you have called them on their hotline??? I just got that??)

its the wrong cycle to run if your looking to lean out....this cycle will bulk you up some providing you eat well, although you could maintain where you are at with the gear and work on your cardio and reducing bf.....but if cutting is your aim, d-bol is not a good option, test you can get away with but the d-bol will kickstart your gains by loading you up with water....id train to gan and cut next time bro...

as far as doses.....test is good @ 500mg ew and d-bol could be upped to 50mg ed if you feel you can handle it, make sure you have some tamoxifen on-hand....

I agree with the post above. This cycle isnt the best to cut. D-bol will give you some crazy pumps... even if you jog. I tried jogging and i couldnt go far because of some crazy calf pumps haha
I would recommend a winstrol and EQ combo cycle for an effective cutting cycle.

Well week #5 and things are going really good. I`m not really trying to hard to cut the weight, just more or less stay healthier and eat correctly so i can maximize my gains and potential. The D-ball has worked better than anticipated. My arms and chest are a lot tighter and have blown up a lot in the 5 weeks. Water retention has been a big factor though as my face has got a lil bloated looking you could say. Nothing to crazy but I have noticed a difference. I take the Dbol 3 times throughout the day, one around 10, 2nd around 1:30 and the third right before my workout around 4pm, non work out days i stick to around the same times. The test E is supposed to be kicking in around this time, i`m hoping this helps me keep my gains so far as well as adds more strength over the next 6 or 7 weeks till the end of my cycle. The injects were swelling a bit more than they normally have, so i switched to a smaller gauge pin and it made 100% difference. Everything on me feels tighter and the feeling after the workout is great as I`m working harder than ever and pushing for the best results I can. I`m in the process of switching my Test E from BD to my first order of AXIo Test E. Its supposed to arrive at the end of the week. I`ll keep you guys posted

I think from what im reading, youre taking too much test E for the first time. You should be taking around 2cc's a week to equal 500mg. 1 ml = 1 cc. So youre taking 3cc so thats 750 a week. I guess youll be alright but 500 mg a week is what is usually recommended. Once you get off dbol youll notice the water weight starting to go. When i went off of bdol i stayed the same weight because as my water wight was leaving, i guess i gained some muscle mass with it so i didnt gain or lose weight. Everything seems to be going great with your cycle though.

Sorry I didn`t realize I said 1.5 cc in my first post. I used 3 cc/week for the first 4 weeks, but now i`m down to 2 cc or 500mg/week. Have you ever tried to down the dossage of the Dbol as you come to the end? Instead of taking it 3 times a day for the next 8 days should I go down to 2 a day then one a day for a bit? Or would that be pointless and a waste of product?

You could also exchange the D-Bol for T-Bol. Its a little more expensive but the gains are more quality an kept longer.
I would use the T-Bol just like the D-Bol. Around 50 mg to 70 mg a day there 10 mg tabs take in 3 to 4 doses a day.

It's recommended you not start a cycle till you have everything in hand. You never know what could happen...

I did look into the Tbol but I had already ordered my dbol, so it was to late!! The axio Dbol was scheduled to arrive yesterday but didn`t get here, and the rest of my test is sched for the end of the week! I started week 6 yesterday w/ 1cc of test. The biggest thing i`m finding is my arms are getting very blown up, but when i work out the muscle is getting very hard very fast. I also noticed last week when running that my legs were cramping a bit. I know lack of potassium can do this so i went and bought a bunch of bannanas and some other fruit. The gains I`ve got though have been far better than expected. Its weird to think that 3 small small pills a day can blow you up sp quick! Has anyone else ran this type of cycle before? Once the cycle is done, how long have you waited before starting to cycle again??
