Great news Bono. i smoked most of my life. but, i ended up spending so much time in the gym, i didn't have much time to smoke. and, eventually, my body rejected cigarettes. in order to meet one's highest potential for fitness, one must stop smoking. the poisons in cigarette smoke permeate every cell in your body. you wouldn't smoke while exercising and, eventually, the rush you get from exercise will replace the same effect you get from smoking. only the rush from exercise feels much better. i will not quit until i am in the greatest shape my body will allow, and i don't feel like i've gotten there yet. that's what drives me and anything that might slow me down must be eliminated. cigarettes, alcohol, illicit drugs, coffee, unclean women(?), etc. lean, clean, and full of protein. that's my motto. porn is alright though. should i be telling someone your age that? forget that last thing i said.
