Now you are talking, I would maybe go 450g carbs along with the 400g protein and you could even go slightly higher on good fats to say 120g.

That break down will add some serious muscle and strength.

Bookends are typically to keep some anabolism going while the esters are clearing your system and hormonal levels are dropping. Nothing is wrong with it, so I still might add a bookend. if I do, it will be around weeks 10-14

As for diet, so are you saying TheeBC = Sexy @ 120g fat(1100) / 450g carbos(1800) / 400g protein(1600)= 4500.

I can imagine this diet too. 6 chicken breasts, 1lb steak, 2 cans of tuna, 12 eggs, 1 heaping scoop of PB, half gallon of milk, oatmeal, cereal, rice, green beans, rice cakes(snacks), granola bars and probably the occasional cheat meal. Knowing me, i'll make my dad get everything outta the freezer then put in all my shit. He thinks its weird enough that I have 10lb sacks of rice in my closet.

I will do the best to keep it clean, but we're bulking here but a nice lean bulk. oh yeah and PROTEIN SHAKES GOTTA LOVE THEM. Is Ion Exchange best to go with? I dont really have an understanding of types of proteins pre/post/evening/morning???

Would maybe a once weekly "eating out thing" be that bad?

Anyone ever think of using a crock pot w/ brown rice/steak/veggies/beans? It'd be a good way to make everything in bulk in 1 shot. It could be a couple days worth of food.
