T-Bol 25mg/ED Weeks 1-4
Test E 500mg/week. Weeks 1-12 (500mg split between 2 shots Monday and Thursday)
I wouldnt run more than 500mg a week for your 1st cycle. T-Bol will jump start your gains and not add much water weight! Test E will give solid hard gains but be sure to keep Nolva and Clomid on Hand for Gyno and PCT 3 weeks after your not poke with Test.
Keep the 1st One Simple and easy!
To be 100% Honest...I'm not a huge fan of any oral fat burners like Clen, T-3, T-4 or Eph. Unless your just really over weight you shouldnt be wanting to run gear anyways.
All of the oral's i listed are just too hard on your system. Just look at the possible side effects!!! Besides, just say you run clen or t-3 or eph. Yeah you'll loose weight (as well as muscle mass) but the MAX you can run that shit is 4-6 weeks. then you have to come off and if your diet isnt right then you'll gain it all right back and its been waisted.
DIET DIET DIET!
Get your diet right and with the gear I gave before you will built lean hard muscle and burn fat. If you wanted to burn a little more, Run Test Prop instead of the Test E.
Or...Add Winstrol 50MG/EOD the last 6 weeks of your cycle. It cuts great
just keep it simple! its your 1st cycle. learn what works with your body and how it reacts.
Simple GOOD Gear I said before...Work hard...DIET right...And You'll be VERY happy!
This is your FIRST cycle, you don't need a bunch of stuff to grow. Look at it this way, the common philosophy for most is they need to use more with each cycle. I don't agree with that but I do believe that a lot of people think this way. If you start out using 3 different compounds on your first cycle, what do you think your 5th or 10th cycle may look like??????

Closegrip gave some good advice. If you must use more than test, go with 40mg T-bol/day for weeks 1-4 and 500mg testE/wk weeks 1-10. Follow it up with proper PCT. Trust me, that is MORE than enough to make some serious gains.
