Enanthate and Dianabol cycle - 11-04-2007

Hey, whats up
Ive been training for a long time now been supplementing with different AAS the past couple years, I`m about 5`6 180-185 about 10% body fat.

Im just starting a cycle of enth-250 i know you dont need to spike very often on it but i feel pumped up the days i spike so i decided to spike half cc every day and take 1 day off a week which is 750mgEW, i also have some bd Dbol that ill be starting next week at probably 40 mg a day for 4 weeks. my bench press is around 315lbs at the moment. I`m hoping to push 405 around january. my last cycle was t-400x2cc EW and deca200mgx2EW 10 weeks around spring last year i started at about 285lbs and got it up to 365lbs.
This cycle i decided to seriously change my routine tho to focus more on my arms and back because i always seem to work around chest day. Let you know how it turns out

my training routine is

mon arms (focused more on tris)
tues back
wed shoulders
thurs arms (focused more on bis)
fri legs
sat chest
sun abs, power lift fullbody, cardio or day off dependant on how i feel that week

last week my routin was scattered so im starting today

i trained legs on sat night, and theyre still killing me... i had trouble walking out of the gym that night, once i got home and got settled i literally couldnt walk, my legs kept buckling and i kept hitting the floor, not sure if it was a good work out or bad haha

sounds like alot of work if you are trying to build on your weak points.....i find any more than 5days a week, and the vast majority are limiting the training effect, whether on or off....if you have trained your body to make continued progress from such a routine then thats cool, but for most, this protocal would be considered over-training......even arnie only trained 6 days a week, i think you'd benefit from more rest, if your arms are not progressing as you'd like them too, then i would not subject them to more direct arm work,
it does not look like you are leaving much time between each workout to make the most of the recovery process.....for example.....training arms twice,chest and shoulders all on seperate days within a week is not the best way for a bodybuilder or powerlifter to gain muscular size and weight. unless you train like an olympic lifter ( who dont train much outside their lifts ) or are a genetic machine, this is a fairly harsh routine to follow.

training a muscle 1-2 times every 5 days is a solid way of training for 70-80% of people which works best for mass and strength gains.....or 1-2 times a week for people like me...less for harder gainers.

well its my plan, i figure realistcally things will come up so ill end up missing days here and there, if not then i'm still going to give it a try, if i notice im struggling to make gains ill change it around.

today i spiked and debated whether i should pop a couple dbol down but im holding off another week or so, i trained arms it went well, i ate alot today so i weighed in about 5 lbs heavier than yesterday. i was 188lbs still hoping to hit 200lbs by xmas. i really didnt feel motivated to get to the gym, i felt lazy all day i fell asleep around 5 didnt wake up untill 745 and ran to the gym so i could train before they close.
my lifts were okay, i didnt some serious tricep cable extensions about 7 sets at the start of my routine, then moved into skull crusher and ez bar curl super sets i still felt strong on my 3 exercise, which usually im starting to really weaken.

i'm excited to train back tomorrow, going to try to max out on wide grip pull ups and beat it next week.

I would seriously consider what yamaha has to say I have been on this forum for quite a while and he has helped me alot i want to hit 200lbs as well over the last year and half i have put 30lbs on without any gear now i am on my first intermidate cycle of D-bol and Primoplex. you can read my journal in the axio products feedback. But i think you are over training the second you cut back on your workouts and working out you will start making the gains quickly remember the gains don't come in the gym sure you puff up but that is a reaction from the muscles getting tore down. I used to hit it 1.5hr in the morning and 2 in the afternoon always going big. Then i met all these guys so even after 4 years of lifting i start the Jay Cutler beginers Workout plan next thing i know two months later bang people were asking me if i was using steroid asking me how to lift how did i get such a good physic. If you are a hard gainer like me you need way more rest than the wieght TRUST!

Thanks guys i'll definatly keep it in mind.

i trained back today, did 12 wide grip chins, would like to see that get higher, even in my prime i usually can only ever get around 15 but on any day after being out of the weightroom months or how ever long, it seems like i can always get out 12. does anyone have any tricks to making gains in the wide grip chin up department.
Today was my first day doing dead lifts in about 6 months i figured id take it really easy, but once i started lifting even tho it was really light (1 plate) i still made it high intensity and did alot of reps my low back felt like a balloon ready to pop.
In total my back routine consisted of 26 sets, mainly focusing on lats and lower back.

I'm about 2 weeks into my cycle, i havent really noticed much strength gains, but my endurance is looking up, and my training intensity is major.

i need to work on my diet, im just to lazy to make anything alot of the time, any tips on easy sources of protein that i dont need to really cook.

i wanted to train abs today, but after doing lower back i figured...bad idea, end up having to get someone to roll me out of the gym across the parking lot and into my car.

when i spiked today there was alot of blood, not sure why, hope i didnt lose to much of the gear, i dont think i hit a blood vessel because i always pull the plunger back when i stick.
