i find over training much easier on gear to a certain extent just because it gives me so much more motivation to get in the gym and beast myself.....sometimes more than i should, recovery is more important and over doing it will limit the training effect on gear...

Yah I see what you mean, i am so motivated I have to stop myself from getting in there twice a day lol. I have so much energy but Im trying to concentrate on my nutrition and rest patterns as well. Thanks again as always guys, your a huge help.


BTW , day 5, I weighed in at 215, started at 205 5 days ago on that same scale. ..... Freaky

Hey guys new update, Im making an incredible amount of progress.

Im definitely gaining strength and im growing fairly quickly, im not even finished with week 2 and I'm hitting a satisfaction level lol. I am up to 220 so I have gained 15lbs total so far. Now my aim recently has been to stop gaining weight so quickly so I have been doing 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and then 30 minutes after my workout for increased fat burn. I will do that 5x a week. My biggest issue I want to burn off my excess body fat while still building the muscle so I have just added a substantial amount of cardio to help with any fat retention I may gain while growing. Also I think this has kept my water retention fairly low seeing as how I look very lean and hard.

Unfortunately I will be dropping the d-bols at the end of this week and switching to winnies. Reason is I am gaining weight faster then my muscles seem to be growing so its actually negatively affecting my speed and my pushups,etc. Its weird I didnt think that could happen. I will miss the pumps but I am just growing to quickly and think I need to slow it down, this stack was probably a little to powerful for where I need to be right now, in the future when I am looking to get as large as possible I will consider a revised version of this again but as of now Im gonna cut out the dbols I think.

Any input is always appreciated and let me know what you think, or if I finish out the last 2 weeks of my dbol how beneficial would it be at this point. I still have 8 weeks of sustaplex 325 at 800mg a week and 8 weeks of equiplex at 500mg a week going so I think the gains will continue to be substantial, just hopefully pointed more towards strength.

All injects have gone incredibly smoothly and I have lost several lbs of body fat I can tell, cant wait to post up my after pics for you all

One last note, can clenbutarol be added to stack like mine, just to be the icing on the cake for losing those last couple problem lbs (I would of course continue dieting and my cardio)?

add clen in after, for pct, i know alot of guys who do this it will clean up the look and help maintain some of your progress....

Unfortunately I didnt see this before I started but time is of the essence, Im gonna have about a week to kick start my PCT after my cycle and that wont really be enough time to use clen effectively, is it safe to use clen while taking orals, seeing as how clen isnt 17aa like winnie.

Yah for reasons I cant disclose, time is of the essence, I hate to say it because I know how important it is to not rush it and my next cycle will be a the full 12 weeks with perfectly planned out pct, etc. I just have to have my BMI quite low at the end of my cycle , that is why im so curious

i would come off your gear...do PCT and then if you gain a little extra bf during your recovery phase > which is likely then start your clen cycle.....and by the time you have done a decent couple of cycles on the clen you will be ready to go back on......

Strength continues to grow and my workouts feel better and better. I have tapered my dbol intake down to 30mg ed instead of 50. I wasnt really experiencing any side effects but I just want to take care of my liver for the future lol.

Something that continues to puzzle me though about my cycle is ever since I started I dont get sore anymore. The next day I feel like I am ready to work that muscle all over again. Its frustrating because I am working the muscle to failure and following a hard program where I am experiencing some progress, but it makes me wonder if something is completely wrong or if its just the 10g of glutamine Im taking in every day along with all the rest I get.

Any input?

Im floating about 216 so up about 11lbs, I stopped gaining rapidly because I upped my cardio alot so im shaving down my BMI while still on Dbol. Its been working but their is some problem areas that just discourage the hell out of me lol. If I dont see more progress over the next 2 weeks with fat loss then Im gonna look into ephedrines possibly. Diet and cardio have been great so Im gettin quite irritated. O well I am losing body fat because despite my muscle growth and strength increase my weight stays around the same so I am gaining muscle and losing fat at a comparable speed.

good to hear that you cycle is coming along good, your muscles will stop getting sore when your in a routine(thats normal), still rest your body like you always do, the gear will help you recover faster aswell, another thing is good is to switch you trainng routine up, keep your muscles guessing (it will promote faster growth)
