Hey guys new update, Im making an incredible amount of progress.
Im definitely gaining strength and im growing fairly quickly, im not even finished with week 2 and I'm hitting a satisfaction level lol. I am up to 220 so I have gained 15lbs total so far. Now my aim recently has been to stop gaining weight so quickly so I have been doing 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and then 30 minutes after my workout for increased fat burn. I will do that 5x a week. My biggest issue I want to burn off my excess body fat while still building the muscle so I have just added a substantial amount of cardio to help with any fat retention I may gain while growing. Also I think this has kept my water retention fairly low seeing as how I look very lean and hard.
Unfortunately I will be dropping the d-bols at the end of this week and switching to winnies. Reason is I am gaining weight faster then my muscles seem to be growing so its actually negatively affecting my speed and my pushups,etc. Its weird I didnt think that could happen. I will miss the pumps but I am just growing to quickly and think I need to slow it down, this stack was probably a little to powerful for where I need to be right now, in the future when I am looking to get as large as possible I will consider a revised version of this again but as of now Im gonna cut out the dbols I think.
Any input is always appreciated and let me know what you think, or if I finish out the last 2 weeks of my dbol how beneficial would it be at this point. I still have 8 weeks of sustaplex 325 at 800mg a week and 8 weeks of equiplex at 500mg a week going so I think the gains will continue to be substantial, just hopefully pointed more towards strength.
All injects have gone incredibly smoothly and I have lost several lbs of body fat I can tell, cant wait to post up my after pics for you all
One last note, can clenbutarol be added to stack like mine, just to be the icing on the cake for losing those last couple problem lbs (I would of course continue dieting and my cardio)?
