Hey guys..... near time for my fall bulking cycle.... first of all here's my diet.
Breakfast
2 cups whole grain oats
40 g egg white protein
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
Mid-morning
1 cup whole grain oats
50 g whey protein
2 tbsp flax seed
(shake)
Lunch
1. Footlong grilled CHK sub, wht bread, cheese, no mayo
sub fruit for chips
2. Brown rice, grilled chicken, cheese
3. 2 turkey sandwhiches on whole grain bread
One hour pre-workout
Mass Gain Shake
(desire 800 cals, 50+g protein, 80 carbs)
Post workout
40 g Whey isolate protein
Carb slam or Glucose crystals or banana
Glutamine & Creatine
Dinner
1. Red meat with brown rice and salad with oil and vinegar
2. Grilled fish with brown rice and salad with oil and vinegar
3. Grilled chk with brown rice and salad with oil and vinegar
4. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey with brown rice and salad with oil and vinegar
(MIGHT NEED SOME MORE CALS HERE)
Before bed
1. Two rice cakes with org peanut butter
2. Low-fat Cottage Cheese
3. Casein Protein shake with 1% milk
I have not measured everything out to see what the total CAL, Carb, Fat, and Protein intake are but I think they are around what they need to be for a clean bulk. When I do figure out what the numbers are, I wil post them
I am thinking of running R3-IGF-1 for the first month of the cycle in conjunction with everything else, esp to help keep down the bloat!
My cycle is attached, I copied the format off of a listed cycle and changed the numbers. I have HCG, Clomid, and Nolvadex on hand... this is my second bulking cycle and my fourth cycle overall... all critique is appreciated. I am 185 lbs at 8% bf right now.
