This is how i plan to run my PCT, i have left out HCG doses as i use wht i have available when i feel i need to...

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

I run a natural supplement stack along-side tribulus and PCT to help maintain my gains....

my training will be frequent and reasonably similar to how i train when im on, but without so much intensity and not for so long, i usually train hard 4dys a week when im on, so il expect il train every other day when off but without so many sets till failure and within an hour....

Here's my new routine, seems like i keep coming back to this one as it works so well, this is how i plan to train on the road to recovery......im beginning to enjoy rotating between this PUSH/PULL and FULL BODY power training.....


Day 1 > Chest & Back ( 1hr + )

Abs instinctive with 15min warm-up,

Wide grip chins or pulldowns 4x 12>8
Bent-over rows 4x 8>4
One-arm rows 3x 12>8

Incline chest press 3x10>6
Pre-exhaust flys with Flat chest press 3x 8-12
or Wide-grip dips
Pull-overs 2x 8-12

Day 2 > Lower body ( 1hr + )

Abs instinctive with 15mins warm-up,

Squat variations 5x 8-15
Smith lunge or split squat 3x 8-12
Stiff-leg deads 3x 10>6

Standing calf raises 5x 8-15
Seated toe press > pump set

Day 3 > Arms & Shoulders ( 1hr + )

Abs instinctive with 15mins warm-up,

Arnold presses 3x 10>6
Upright rows 2x 8>6
or lateral raises
Behind neck presses 1x 10-15 reps
Shrugs 3x 8-15

BB curls 3x 10>6
Alternating curls 2x 8-12
Tricep dips 3x 10>6
or close-grip bench
Lying tricep extensions 2x 8-12
or tricep presses

Grip training........ > optional

REPEAT CYCLE: 3-way split, every other day

Swimming post-workout as cardio / warm down....
