You know everytime i get discouraged about my training or find it hard to go to the gym. I take myself back to a time when someone intimidated me or i was scared of them. Man that always juices me up to go to the gym and just blow up man that i stew on that stuff for a week or two. Just a little insight, Oh yeah do you listen to a ipod of head phones when you work out. If not i may just be the edge you need to kill it. I found that wearing head phones keeps the gym conversation to a 0%. And if you need extra motiveation check out a band called PENNYWISE there music is fast, real, life motivating, hardcore, and good.
