
Hit 140kg on the smith bench (one long painful slow push!), suffice to say i didn't do alot more on my chest this morning! Did alot on my back, very noticeable definition - well happy! Stomache pains have gone, the fiber is doing the job. No liver pains, not that i know what they feel like to know.
Weight loss has gone great, i'm limiting calories to 1500 a day and i've lost noticeable fat around lower back, top of back and stomache - this stuff rocks, i havent gained any size except my arms, the rest of me is just alot harder - my girlfriend said my arms are like grabbing boulders but i think she's just being nice
