Anavar - 20mg ED 6 weeks -
10-28-2007
Hello,
I did alot of reading on anavar; alot of people are suggesting it should be a 10 week cycle with realistically 50mg, as i've never juiced before and don't want to go overkill i decided to go for 20mg per day for 6 weeks.
My goals are definition and fat loss; I play rugby and i have been on and off creatine and protein since 16, i'm now 22 almost 23 and now, as i cant train 3 hours a day like i used to while at school and university the fat has come.
I started the cycle yesterday, i was stupid enough to drink beer on the friday (not expecting the gear until Monday, but it came very quickly) I took 20mg and immediately threw up, so i waited an hour and took another 20mg which was no problem.
During my rugby match i didnt notice anything really, just i didnt feel as tired - probably because i threw up and it woke me up! Anavar is giving me a gurgly tummy, however no more being ill.
Today, took my second 20mg i felt very fatigued after rugby and did 40 minutes cross trainer and resistance machines for my arms and triceps, triceps 3/4 stack [will find out weight] and biceps 2/3 stack - this was just to make sure i wouldnt be ill or anything at the gym on anavar - i really felt a burn in my biceps - insane burn, havent had that for a long while!
Tomorrow is Chest and Back, and another brutal 40mins cardio to boot - not expecting to see vast strength gains, however more interested in cutting and hardening of body! I'm looking to do something down the gym every day, im hoping that the fatigue will wear off and i'll get some of this energy i've been reading about! Also, i have no appetite whatsoever.
If by the end of week 2 nothing is happening i'll up the doseage a little more, the problem is i am worried about pct and the possible effects!

no disrespect, but i promise you you wont see much with 20mg ED, by the time you notice a very slight change your cycle will be over......its your money bro...BUT
i play ruggers too and know what is to be expected of you as far as your trainig is concerned, seeing as your sort of in-season now.....your concern should be strength and lean mass, this is achievable with the product you are planning to run, but like i said before, you will be dissapointed, and will have wasted the stash you have, 50-70mg ED for up to 12wks is where its at, personally i wouldn't run any less than 40mg ED for at least 8wks......
keep us posted either way.

True, i understand what you're saying - i will purchase some more and do 40mg for 8 weeks, im sure you can understand my concerns though. What sort of changes should i be expecting? < 20mg was shown to be a good way of losing trunk fat, this is kind of the angle i was going at for fat loss more so, for a second cycle i'd happily do 50-70mg if i know i felt it was doing something, cheers for input.

Ok as per comments from yamaharob i upped my dose to 40mg, i have to say it was a smart move - only 4 days into cycle and i've started to feel obvious hardening of my muscles, my overal profile has gone leaner - it sounds kinda stupid, but it's noticeable. No side effects whatsoever, always horny which isn't a problem :-)
Yesterday I only did a small workout, my shoulder was playing up - i mainly concentrated on resistance machines doing my legs and my calves and 20 mins cardio on the X trainer - my heart rate has dropped insanely; i was averaging 160 on the X trainer on hill climb, yesterday i didnt even hit cardio vascular zone - i only managed 135! Very happy with that!
Eating wise... it's difficult to eat, i'm scared my stomache will go ape at me so i am careful and eat little and often.
Today was chest and back, all I can say is WOW - although i didnt beat my 120kg bench on the smith i did actually manage to do 5 sets around that weight ranging from 5-8 reps (8,8,5,6,8) It's like I had a second wind! Back i was nearing full stack on lats and recently i'd been only hitting half stack, huge improvement! I went on the abs machine and was nearing half stack easily and managing 20 reps a set - very happy! I felt physically drained after though, it was very hard to walk despite doing no leg weights only cross trainer - which i thought was odd.
I had to have a quick go on the biceps... like you do, just to see if my curl had gone up. From stationary position on a preacher resistance machine i made 3/4 stack (18 on the weights) which is absolutely amazing! I'm wishing i bought more and listened to advice from yamaharob and did 70mg as it would be absolutely insane! Weight loss properties are obvious, lost all the water from creatine and lost fat too off belly area, bum and side of legs - very impressed, cant wait for week 4 to see some good results!

sounds like your having fun bro, might have to get some more in for next time.....
pumps are great, it just goes to show how effective they can be in someone who is already in good condition...keep up the good work....oh good pb on smith press, hate that machine, prefer good ole barbell and bench. great for controlled squats though!!!

I do dumb bells too, but they only go up to 40kg per dumbbell, they removed the 45 and 50 because a kid smashed his face with a 50 (trying to do 2 handed triceps), doh!
Will definitely be cycling like you said come February/March - tempted to try tbol having read the other guys story!
Want the BP up to 140kg ideally, i had maxed on 130kg but it's so restricted i cant cheat at all on the smith machine - thats why i like it, not sure about the pressure it puts on my shoulder though...

you gotta be strong to shift that on a smith, i have shoulder probs myself with that one, im 6ft 4 and have a huge range of motion which is actually restrictive on that machine, bb, db, dips and seated presses work well for me....
t-bol and var stacked would be a solid oral stack....

I think that's definitely going to be my off-season cycle!
Today at the gym more of the same, pyramiding up the weights but consistently hitting 8 reps and feeling some monster burn, lost alot of fat around abs and stomache and muscles are looking alot harder, my arms feel like rocks haha.
highlights were full stacking my shoulder on the resistance shoulder press and 40kg per arm x 3 sets of 8 shoulder press, did 3 sets of 21 on a 25kg barbell i've never been in so much pain! Did a little bit of everything it was good fun!

Today was testing the strength, small sets of large weights
Didn't manage to beat 120kg on the smith benching, did however, manage 8 reps (probably why i didnt beat it).
Shoulders I have a fat bruise from rugby last week, got dumped on my shoulder, doh - couldnt do weights on my shoulders, did resistance and managed full stack (26 + 3 additional 2.5kg weights, not sure what 26 equates to though - i always thought they were 5kgs at least but im probably wrong!).
back, managed a measely 17 on the resistance machine (lat pull down) very disapointed but my shoulder was giving beef.
Arms as per usual flying up on the machines, 18/24 set of 8!
Anavar is bad for your belly but good for your strength, i could crush a grape.

130kg x 3 [smith bench] today, very happy. Good day for chest and back, noticeable improvements in strength and definition, only 9 days into it - looking forward to seeing the near future!
