I envy opensides, they can run all day long seemlessly!
Cycle strength gains - here goes, this where i'm at nearing 1/2 way of my cycle - i am so happy with the gains thus far and i've been knackering myself on cardio before hand i reckon i could push it further.
- bench was 120kg now capable of doing 140kg sets of 5 (goal 150kg)
- squats was 130kg now doing 140kg but greater reps (no goal, dont want bigger legs!)
- shoulders 110kg gorilla on the smith (aim is to hit 120kg but limited to smith machine and it hurts me alot)
- back was 2/3 of stack on lateral pulldown now easily hitting full stack (goal met)
- arms was just to look good... they're pumped and when some of the water has gone it'll look awesome as my triceps have bulked up, weight wise... 90kg short grip bench and full stacks for triceps, curling is 2/3 stack - cant seem to beat that but curling 30kg dumbbells! (goal met)
- stomache was to lose the beer fat, it's gone just working on definition so people can see i have abs (lose fat was the goal and it's working)
I read lots that water retention was rare on anavar, i must be unlucky - i have none around my face but where i work out alot (arms and chest) i am noticing a little water - it's not an awful lot though - i cant tell if it's the hangover from creatine or the anavar
General cardio is alot better, but the aches are kicking in - you do need the supplements or you will fall apart! I wish i took clen with it... you live and learn.
