so how heavy are you...what bf% sounds like you might be a bit of a machine if your arms are that big and your in good shape.....mine are 17" when flexed/pumped but i have a huge reach and am 6ft4 so genetics there are not my strong point there....i prefer leg/back dominant work....

get some glucosamine for your aches and pains....will work wonders if you give it time...

Unfortunately 17% BF (was 19), however, this is by choice until off season - as i stated i cant kinda drop all my size before off season - we do get piss tested especially with county games and i dont want them to think i'm taking ephidrene let alone AAS [ephidrene can result in 2 year bans, same with AAS].

In all honesty off season i dont imagine my arms will be greater than 19" - although the amount of work i've done solely on my arms is a bit silly and other parts of my body like my back are lacking strength - arms do very little for rugby, you need back and legs which you are smart enough to excel in!

Off season looking to get into i'd suggest your kind of shape - if youre 17" pumped with long limbs that's pretty amazing as it's hard as i understand to get much shape to them - and your bodyfat obviously must be very low, although different horses for different courses i play 8 or blind side at a push - i need a bit of oomph especially at county level :-)

getting back to var, severe pumps lower back today almost stopped me training but a quick cool down fixed it, no sex problems or getting it up issues - my girlfriend wants to take it she says i look alot leaner, although i still think im carrying some water which is pissing me off.

i usually play open side flanker no.7.....but have played centre a couple of times, but prefer to get stuck in as a forward.....my bf is about 13% and i usually sit at the 16stone sort of mark all the time, sort of working on trying to become stronger and more muscular at that weight.....i seem to eat like fuk and still stay where i am despite partitioning and eating more than i need..... some bad food too.....

I envy opensides, they can run all day long seemlessly!

Cycle strength gains - here goes, this where i'm at nearing 1/2 way of my cycle - i am so happy with the gains thus far and i've been knackering myself on cardio before hand i reckon i could push it further.

- bench was 120kg now capable of doing 140kg sets of 5 (goal 150kg)

- squats was 130kg now doing 140kg but greater reps (no goal, dont want bigger legs!)

- shoulders 110kg gorilla on the smith (aim is to hit 120kg but limited to smith machine and it hurts me alot)

- back was 2/3 of stack on lateral pulldown now easily hitting full stack (goal met)

- arms was just to look good... they're pumped and when some of the water has gone it'll look awesome as my triceps have bulked up, weight wise... 90kg short grip bench and full stacks for triceps, curling is 2/3 stack - cant seem to beat that but curling 30kg dumbbells! (goal met)

- stomache was to lose the beer fat, it's gone just working on definition so people can see i have abs (lose fat was the goal and it's working)

I read lots that water retention was rare on anavar, i must be unlucky - i have none around my face but where i work out alot (arms and chest) i am noticing a little water - it's not an awful lot though - i cant tell if it's the hangover from creatine or the anavar


General cardio is alot better, but the aches are kicking in - you do need the supplements or you will fall apart! I wish i took clen with it... you live and learn.

Well... Saturday was the day that stopped my cycle!

I buggered my wrist up and i really cant lift a thing, i've decided as i cant play rugby and there is little point taking the anavar i may as well go lose all the fat and look good for spring time, so i'm going to consider retaking anavar February after my upcoming Clen+T3 and a bit of Lipo 6 for 6 weeks.

The anavar does work but even with glucosamine i was very fragile, 4 days off i've noticed that i've actually lost size - for me this is a good thing, i was pretty sure i was holding water and i seem to have dropped an inch on my chest and legs an a fair bit on my arms, i'm not sure what this is - whether down to being swollen or actually water but i actually look pretty good now!

Axiolabsgear didnt let me down with shoddy quality, the var rocked stick to what yamaharob tells you and the other mods and you cant go wrong, im extatic with the strength gains - its unfortunate they will undoubtedly be lost because of my wrist, but still i got close to all my targets, very happy for what was a 5 week cycle.
