Sure thing, I do a lot of drop set for most body parts. I go very heavy for 6-8 reps, then immediately pick up a lighter weight and try to hit 4-5 more reps. I started doing more drop sets for the past year to get my body to respond better and to elict both strength and build.
Sometimes I switch things up and do supersets with body parts such as Chest and Back; but don't do it as much, because I like to focus on a major body part per day, and hit it hard.
Here is what I typically do:
Monday: Back, Calves
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps
Thursday: Legs, Abs
Friday: Off
Saturday: Chest
