Incredible stats, awesome pics M!

At your size, I would definately increase the calories as you make gains. Staying at 5000 cals a day will get you as big as 5000 cals will get, but then you hit that peak and the gains almost stop. I usually increase cals by 400-500 per day for every 4-5lbs I put on, keeps me growing instead of peaking.

Your second cycle should be an easy choice considering your stats and your ability to put on any fat. Go with a clean bulking cycle that is going to give you the results you are looking to achieve.

Obviously test as the base, maybe deca, maybe EQ, throw in some dbol or anadrol for the oral and away you go.

You might also want to consider expanding your cycle out to like 16 weeks. At your size, the extra time will do you good to squeez in some extra gains.

Yous a big boy! Keep at it man your a fuckin house!

Like Deez said keep it simple add some EQ or some deca with some dbol or abombs as a kicker and do a lean mass cycle. Preferable stick with the EQ on it to help out with hunger since being big takes a lot of food and some times its hard to chow down all that grub and also like he said run it for 16 week since you notice the most out of EQ on a longer cycle. If you want to cut just do a good ol prop cycle!

Sure thing, I do a lot of drop set for most body parts. I go very heavy for 6-8 reps, then immediately pick up a lighter weight and try to hit 4-5 more reps. I started doing more drop sets for the past year to get my body to respond better and to elict both strength and build.

Sometimes I switch things up and do supersets with body parts such as Chest and Back; but don't do it as much, because I like to focus on a major body part per day, and hit it hard.

Here is what I typically do:

Monday: Back, Calves
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps
Thursday: Legs, Abs
Friday: Off
Saturday: Chest

I appreciate it bro, good advice. Gonna find ways to get extra cals in each of my meals. Right now, I'm taking in about a little over 5,000 cals. I definetly need to bump it up, especially on this gear.

I understand how tough it is as even at the 5000 cals you are at now is alot of food.

Some of the things I do is just add additional items to my already planned out meals, such as adding 1 tablespoon peanut butter to each protein shake, add some almonds to my dinner salad, add some small cut fruit to my cottage cheese.

This greatly adds extra cals without too much effort and extra meals.

Another way is set your alarm clock for 2:30 AM and have a quick shake or pre-cooked meal.

On the contrary, I'm actually a hard gainer so to speak, not probably a true ectomorph, but maybe between that and a mesomorph. I try to do everything by the book, and I always ate a lot. Even when I was natural, my body will start losing size as soon as I decreased calories for just a week. My body seems to fight weight. I know this guy around my size that only takes in 3000 to 4000 calories a day guestimate, and he can maintain size and even get bigger. If I brought my cals that low, I'll be back to 230 to 240 easily.

Good idea! I'll add some peanut butter to a few meals, maybe mid morning, and later afternoon. I'm concerned by adding it too my shake only becuase I got a lot of fat in my shake from whole milk. I've been drinking whole milk for about a year now; found better results in getting muscular, and haven't gain much fat from it. MCTs are less likely to be stored as fat, and it is anabolic, but don't want to risk it by having too much fat all at once.

This method sucks but it works, I always keep a pre mixed muscle milk waiting for me at 4am usually double the dose to get a good 600 cals in with very little carbs and high protein.
