Advice for my 2nd cycle - 03-11-2008

I'm almost finished with my first cycle; of Dbol and Test Cyp. Gains were very good, seemed to level off when I got off the Dbol. I'm up to 295 now, was hoping to reach 300 pounds but still satisfied. I wished I would have stacked more.

I want to start preparing for my 2nd cycle after my PCT. Shipment might take a bit, so I want to order soon. Does anyone have any sugesstions that would be good for me? I am at 10% bf, but would like to drop down to 6-8%. Yet, I still want to add a few more pounds of muscle to my frame for the next cycle. Is this possible with a cutting cycle as I would have to lower calories, or should I continue to bulk for the next cycle, and then cut.

I want to add Winstrol in the cycle and of-course some test, maybe some test prop.

Wait a second. Did I read that right? You are 295 and 10% bodyfat????? I gotta see some pics. If you haven't already done so, please post them in the picture forum. If you have stated your stats honestly, you have to be either 7ft tall or an absolute tank.

6'6 295, 10 percent bf. Wanna try and go down to about 6-8 percent, and try and just add 10 more pounds of mass. Should I be manipulating my calories on this next cycle. Increase my cals slightly during half the cycle, then drop them gradually?

I'm pretty tall, 6'6 long limbs. I'll post a pic in a few from a couple of months ago, that I took before cycle at 274 pounds

fuk me bro...you are looking swell, you must have good genes, how long ya been at it???
have you done many cycles b4?? im 6ft4 and have probs gaining size, strength aint a problem but eating enougth is....

you need to get on it then get on stage bro, there aint many guys your size around, you'll do well if you compete im sure...

This is my first legit cycle. I had two bunk cycles from mexico a while back, I knew it was bunked cause I had it tested; thats after the fact that I injected it. Not the smartest thing I've done, lol

I've been working out for 7 years. I started at 180 pounds. I got up to 280 naturally before. That's 100 pounds naturally without even touching gear in about 7 years; not bad in my opinion. The first few years I didn't have a clue what I was doing. When I hit 280, I hit a plateau, that is why I started gear. I eat over 5,000 cals a day, trying to keep most of my food clean, eating 7-8 times a day, sleeping 8 hours, working out 5 days a week, etc. My metabolism is pretty high, so fat gain was never too much of a problem. Back in the day, I was taking in that XXL extreme after my workouts, which helped, but the major shits it gave me wasn't worth it. lol

One thing I don't like is I feel like I have less muscle fibers then what I desire. That is why I wish I was on HGH as well.

how do you prefer to train...split routines, bodyparts etc. interested to see how training hits a fellow tall body builder.....

First I will start by saying you genetically gifted prick! Just kidding bro! You wanna keep it simple for the first few cycles. I know you wanna go balls out, and I know how you feel. I was the same way. You wanna get leaned out try prop instead. Or like you said go all out mass then manipulate your calories at the end of the cycle. I am currently doing just that. If you liked the way cyp went keep at it. I wouldnt go too far over board with new injects for a while. Maybe some winny when you want to lean out at the end of your cycle. Good luck bro! Keep us posted on your progress
