ok....so i've completed week two of my cycle @
Test 250 mg /2x/wk (12-14 weeks)
Napoism 35mg /day (started 3 days ago) (4 weeks)

My body weight is up from 217 to 227 lbs (10 lb gain)
My BF is down .5% ( I don't know how accurate this is)

All of my weights in the gym are up. Each time I go in I can do a few more reps. My plan is to up the weights once I reach 10 reps. This is going extremely well. I've also increased my frequency in the gym from Eod (3x wk) to 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. I'm developing a plan to reorganize my workouts. I think the current workout is too much. I'm doing each workout 2x week. I don't feel like I'm recovering fully. I want break up my workout so I'm doing each mussle 1 x week, but more intensely...

Ex.)
day 1: Back
day 2: Chest
day 3: Off
day 4: Legs
day 5: Bi's
day 6: Shoulders / Tris
day 7: Off

What do you think? I don't want to spend more than an hour in the gym per day.

I've taken some pics from day 1 and will continue to take pics weekly. I think I'll wait till week 4 to post them. Measurements will be posted as well. Unfortunately, I didn't take day 1 measuements. So, measurements will be as of ending week 2 through 12--

I have 2 questions though...

1. I've read that Napoism shouldn't be taken after 6 pm, is this correct?

2. I've also read that some people chew their tabs, how does this impact the uptake of Napoism? Should I be doing this?

Week 3 completed... - 05-25-2007

I've completed week 3 and have a few things I'd like to report.

My W/O routine changes:

I've decided to break up my routine from a 3 day routine (3day on 2 day on split) to a 5 day routine (3 day on 2 day on)

Day 1: Back
Day 2: Chest
Day 3:Legs
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Bis / Traps
Day 6: Shoulders / Tris
Day 7: Rest

I think I'll have more time to recover and will also allow me to work each group more intensely.

My body weight is up 3.5 lbs from last week. It's now 230.5. Accumulated weight gain is 13.5 lbs.
BF hasn't changed . Still 33%. (I'd like to get this down quite a bit)

I do zero cardio. I can't imagine trying to run at this weight!!!

The pumps are amazing though !!!! I feel like a beast in the gym. My aggression is noticably higher. I have to be careful outside the gym, I've noticed a few occassions where I could have easily ripped someone's head off with little reason. I have to remember my Test levels are rising and to keep myself in check.

Lifting has become so easy, it feels like i'm doing half the weight I was before. My squats are going through the roof. Yesterday I put up 340 for 7 reps (not including the bar). That's awesome for me!

All my weights are increasing drastically. There is a problem that I'm having though. My shoulders and elbow are bothering me. The Bent over rows are stressing my tendon in my elbow. It still is sore after 4 days. I think I need to be using straps to relieve some of the tension from my forearms. It's kind of dissapointing because I know I can go heavier if it wasn't for my shoulders and elbow.

Trainwiser.... Thanks for the info on joint supplements, I started taking the following as per your recommendations:

Glucosamine Hydrochloride: 1500 mg / day
Chondrotin Sulfate: 1200 mg / day
Hyaluronic Acid: 20 mg / day
Fish Oil: 1200 mg / day
Omega-3: 408 mg / day

I'll monitor my joints for the next 4-6 weeks for any changes.

In case any of you were wondering about drug testing. I got popped for a random drug screen at work yesterday!! Came up clean as a whistle !!! Pheeew !!!

Now I need a physical with blood work they tell me. Hmmmm.... Will the blood testing show anything? They might notice a drop in Hdl or a rise in Ldl. Anything else? I doubt they'll check my Test levels. I hope not !!! I don't need confirmation that they're through the roof. The rest of the info will be good to have though. Anyone have any experience with this? I'll let you know when the physical is and what the results are, I'm curious myself.

Also...

I've been taking the Naps every 2 hours till 6pm

5mg 8am
5mg 10am
5 mg 12pm
10 mg 2pm
Workout 3pm
5 mg 4pm
5 mg 6pm

I'm also ordering the following:

Clen
T3

I'll most likely take this to trim down during PCT, but i may cycle through one time during the last quarter of my Test cycle. I need to get rid of this extra BF, it's a bit uncomfortable not to mention looks terrible.

Any feedback on using Clen / T3 during a Test cycle?

This forum has been awesome! I've got a ton of information and feedback here. Thanks for the help!!!

One last thing...

Why would anyone order syringes online>? I walked into my local pharmacy and purchased 10 22g syringes yesterday for $5 from the pharmacist. Had a good conversation with him too. LOL. Is it not legal in some states?

congrats sounds like things are going terrific i am stoked for you. As far as you physical normally they (your doctor) will only order a basic lipid panel so i wouldn't worry to much becareful with the straps they can pull even harder on your forearms and shoulders you might want to try sit down rows on the machine or alternate. Keep it up!

Week 4 completed... - 06-01-2007

Four weeks in and everything seems to going well.

My strength is up each time I go to the gym, it feels great ! Unfortunately, my BF hasn't been changing. I'm still at 33%. I need to do something about that. I've taking some suggestions and started some mild cardio in the AM everyday before I eat. I tried to go for a run last week for the first time in months and my calves nearly exploded. They knotted right up. So, I'm easing back into it. I'm walking briskly for about a mile everyday. It's better than nothing. The last time I ran regularly I was about 30 lbs lighter. I was thinking of doing some Winnie at the end of my cycle, but I don't think that will help me much. I'm too damn fat! So, taking Yamaharob's suggestion, I've ordered some Clen and T3. I'm going to use that instead. I'll cycle it for the last half of my cycle. I'll post my cycle before I do though. I was going to hold off until PCT to run the Clen, but I think the catabolic effect of these substances will be countered by the Test if I run it from week 6-12. I'll also be adding Taurine and Benadril accordingly. How much cardio should I be doing with this stuff? I'm intending to do atleast 20-30 min. a day and see how that works.

So.... I have some pics for you all to critique.
The next six pics are from 5/11/07 (after Week 1)

One thing about the Naposim, they make me tired as hell. I want to sleep half the time. Is this normal?

I can only post 5 pics? I'm going to try to get some more on here. Let me know if you have any suggestions about reducing my BF. I'm increading in size and strength, but it looks terrible with this BF. I NEED HELP !!!!

I'm also going to post current stats

I think you have to do 20-30min. cardio.
Do some supersets for abs.
