you'll notice the test.e kick in about week 5-6, but your weight will creep up slowley and you should lose some b.f. if your diet is in check, your using more test than i am on my current cycle, so you'll experience quicker gains, keep your cardio going to, as i've read it using high levels of test can have a negative effect on cardiac ability, although im not sure i wouldnt consider 500mg/wk extreme.......your body will need the first couple of weeks to adjust, when it kicks in you will adjust again....

another good day!!! - 05-12-2007

I did legs today and my squats have increased considerably. I did 320lbs @ 8 reps. (not including the bar) That's an increase of 6 reps since last time. Nice !!! I could have continued, but my lower back gets tight as hell. I've noticed this happening more frequently. I don't usually wear a belt, but i'm going to start. Let's see if that helps.

I have a few questions for you.

1. I want to post measurements with my stats and pics but I'm not sure what's the best way to take measurements. When you take measurements do you typically take them before or after workout. Also do you take them relaxed or flexed? I don't normally take measurements, but I think it will show progress accurately through the cycle.

2. I'm not sure what's the best way to post progress pics, any suggestions?

3. One last thing... My shoulders and joints are a little rough. I think that's primarily holding me back with my presses. I know I could do more if it wasn't for my shoulders and joints. I'm going to warm up with an extra set starting monday and tues. Should I be taking something for my joints. I heard Deca helps with that, but I don't want to add anymore AS. Is there anything else that might help?

Oh ya...I checked my BP today and it's 138/89. (Slightly elevated but not too bad.) I was feeling huge pumps today, i thought I was going to burst at the seams. Even a few hours after working out. I like it, but I'm noticably losing flexibility, which I don't like. I was concerned that my BP was through the roof, but it's not. I'm going to keep an eye on it anyway.


Good day over all. Tomorrow is a rest day, damn!!! I can't wait for Monday!!!

Hey bro,
When was the last time you had a blood panel done. with a full lipid panel all test levels thyroid liver growth insulin level ect? Cheese buy it sell really won't help you get cut if you stop eating although with BF% I would problably say you cholesterol level HLD level is probably some where around 240- 250 which is not good. Although, cheese with contiue to add BF and toss your cholestrol through the roof. You have some heavy stuff in your system right know and i want to see you reap the benefits and grow like a giant. You should do a little reading on cholesterol and gear. Can't wait to see the pic bro.

It's been about a year since my last Cholesterol / blood testing. I 'm not sure what they were then, but I think I could find out. That may atleast provide a baseline.

JaNatrual,
When do you think would be the best time to have them checked? Should I do it immediately or maybe mid-cycle?

I don't think that if I made an appointment with my Dr. for blood work that it would raise any suspicions with him. Would there be any evidence on the test that might indicate Test in my system?

Here's what I did...

I went to a local pharmacy and purchased a home cholesterol test kit. I just want to get a general idea of where my levels are at. The result of the test was 257 !! That's higher than I thought. I'm 10 days into my cycle and would think that if it goes higher it could be dangerous. I have a second kit which I'll use in a month or so. I hope this isn't going to be too much of a problem.

Your not that bad i was @ 215 so not to bad. But you diffently want to do some intervention without jeaprodizing your diet or food in take. You can start by kicking some serious fiber into your diet in the morning. Have you ever eaten something really crappy in the morning and you feel like crap all day? The fiber source can come from bran cereal that what i have been using to combat the colesterol. So at about 7:00am i have a bowl of straight bran no sugar no rasins and straight fat free milk. Now this doesn't fill me up so @ 8:30am i have 3egg white 1 hole egg scrambled with no butter just cooking spray a whole wheat tortilla and 1\2 ounce of cheese.

Now as far as your cycle goes I am more of a pysical and nutritional person. I have a great knowledge about gear but as far as your cholestrol level i would as rob or jax or boss man himself. If i was on your cycle i would start stressing out that want be good for your blood pressure I would take the positive approach and be like yeah im kicking my fiber up cholestol is going down and i am blowing up.

I would as boss man what to do as well? And if your doctor is acting like a shpicter then find a anti aging doctor he wont get or perscribe the gear for you but you can openly talk with him about it and he will order the correct test to make sure you can take gear.

as i mentioned before, you take measurments when flexed and not pumped, everyone looks bigger when they are pumped,id be incline to take measurements on rest days when your muscles aren't atrophied too much!!!

as for joints just ensure your using cod,liver oil and get some glucosamine to help with joints,tendons etc......
