1. Make sure the milk is Fat free no 2% no whole milk just straight Fat free. you will still find it has some fat in it. this will help your body get the calcium it needs with out raiseing your BF%

Cheese is a killer i am a cheese lover but after my last blood test my cholesterol was up there. you as a body builder plus the grear you need to really watch you cholesterol I would recommend only 1 ounce of cheese a day tops. That is straigh from my doctors mouth and i myself have been reaping the benifits of cutting back the cheese. The fruits? what kind of fruits are you eating and what time of the day.
3. that is a good concern although if you limit your self to three 30 minute tred mill sessions spread out throught the week. Your body will not get used to them enough to break muscle down. All you want to do is to elevate your heart level for 30 minutes to burn fat if you run to long and perodically you will start cutting your muscel which is not your goal.
4. The water your right for about two days you will have to pee quite frequently but you find very quickly your body will adapt and you will pee on a normal sch.
5. The reason your feeling good at night is probably due to the fact that mens natrual test starts naturaly disbursing in the body any where from 8pm and 11pm
