The past several weeks I've noticed a marked increase in acne specifically on my back, shoulders, and arms. The past couple of weeks it's been getting pretty bad. I've never had acne like this, it's embarrassing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do about this?

accutane, but its harsh shit.....id look into some tropical lotions, it will go when you come off.
