I started at 175. Around 9% bodyfat. I'm now starting my 7th week of a 12 week cycle. I'm hovering between 190 and 195 probably with 10-12 % bodyfat it's hard to tell because I'm not sure if I put on a little chub or if I'm just bloated, either way I lost some definition. I could probably easily hit 200 by the end but I'm thinking about just finishing my 8th week wherever I'm at in terms of weight and then starting a short cutter for my last 4 weeks by adding winny and clen.
My cycle is the following
Weeks 1-12 600mgs test E split into two doses.
Arimidex .5mgs ED (I'm very pron to gyno)
I didn't kickstart.
Stats:
Max Bench at start 275, now 315
Deadlift 315, now 405 (my back and legs have blown up)
Arms are lagging they're about the same I'm going to start hitting them twice a week
leg press I used to rep 540 for about 8 now I can do 810 for about 6-8 reps.
Shoulder press I used to dumbbell shoulder press 70s now I can do 80s.
I haven't maxed out my squat I'm still not a master of the squat so I don't want to risk injury piling on incredible weight.
I put on 1" on my chest, 1.5" back, 1.5" around my shoulders, 1" around my gut LOL, .5" on my arms, 2" on my legs, .5" on my calves (I measure every other week).
