I'm sure most have seen the movie, but I dont get why it did that to his arms. Still new to all this, but I thought it was supposed to be injected into the muscle. I know the bi's are small, but is that why or is there more to it?

Steroids didnt do that to his arms bro...He used syntherol which is what caused an abcess in his amrs the absexx got infected and he tried to do his own surjery to get the ifection out then he went to a butcher of a surgion...anyway end stroy the guy is a douche and shouldnt be saying steroids did it he used needles that he would drop on
the floor etc....

Is syntherol even used anymore? I've never known or even heard of anyone (except Valentino) who uses it. Is there any specific result that somebody would use syntherol to acheive?

It does work..mind you i have never nor would ever use it....but yes it is stilll around...My dads buddy who is a doc looked at it and says it has cancer written all over it the chemicals that are in there well from what i am told the body wont break it down easily and wow if you shot wrong you are as good as a vegtable..anyway yes it does work....and has been around for awhile. but again if done wrong you will look like a circus freak cause once its in there its in there go on you tube and type in syntherol if you want a good laugh
