I am looking to do my 2nd cycle. My first was only 450 cyp a week. This time I am looking for advise on a stack and pct that I only have to pin 2x a week and will have the least water retension and best kept gains. Thanks in advance

well seeing as you are still fairly new to it bro, you could probably run test again but stack it with an oral for 6wks, alternatively, accept you'll have a little water,not much and
stack some test/eq or test/primo......adex will control water in most people even at a low dose

bump rob - you fat loss will be mainly down to diet and cardio.
6-8 small meals through the day
protein high - carbs medium - fat low
carb cut off 4 hours before bed
first 4 weeks no cheat meal - after 4 Weeks 1 cheat meal a week
lots of water
cardio cardio cardio

I am pretty lean now after coming off the test and have been watching my diet maybe even a little to much. I want to run a testplex and primo but have heard that pretty much any primo you find is fake. I would love to find some otherwise I will give some eq a try with adex during cycle.

im using axio primo at the mo. 400-500mg ew for 10wks along-side some norma hellas test.e. and t-bol...so far so good, but still early dayz
