Question Keeping My Gains!? - 10-07-2008

Hello- I am Now wrapping up My Dbol/Test Cycle.... I know Dbol is notorious for lifters losing their gains following this cycle. How do I keep all my Strength gains from this? I know people experience crashes etc.
I will start my PCT next week when I feel the Test wearing off. I have Clomid and Nolva from AXL.

Iam worried I do not have enough Nolva, I only have fifteen 25mg tabs.
I have 30 Clomid tabs I think 50mg each. in blister paks

What is the Best thing for me to do to keep my great strength gains and muscle gains after this cycle.

Realistically speaking, it's pretty close to impossible to keep ALL your strength gains that you made from your Test/Dbol cycle. Learn to accept the fact that you will not be AS STRONG off cycle as you are when you're on. That doesn't mean that you can't make gains while being off, but just understand the reality of the situation.

The better your PCT is the less strength you will lose. You can use nolva and clomid both for your PCT, but I personally don't them at the same time. I think you're right about not having enough nolvadex...btw you're probably going to hear a bunch a guys tell you to have EVERYTHING ready, including PCT, next time you do a cycle...just a heads up bro.

bump...you will learn from your own mistakes....to be honest, try and cover your bases, and you should be okay, its back to diet control and more intelligent natural training....
less is more once you are back to normal, but maintaining strength with low reps is a good idea, despite it feeling much harder than before....genetics also play a bigrole in how much your body will maintain on its own, get your natural test back up asap and use supplements to give you an edge....otherwise bridge...lol

ya bro good pooint yamaha...i use hcg clomid and nolva i also use dhea and testostergain and or tribulis i am this time gonna try tongkat ali just to see.....i also find if i up the cals and protien in my pct i do pretty good now keep in mind on this cycle i started at 180 something and am now sitting pretty at 235 still and have a week left of pct.......so ya it is hit or miss bro i like the tribulis dhea mix for sure it helps tons

You said that you are going to start pct in about a week.

what type of test did you run?
E or C, or other esther?
when was your last pin?

I am asking because i want to give you good advice on what day you should start pct.
this will be very helpful in keeping your gains.

Also, i suggest you run an hcg cycle the next time you do run a heavy cyle like D-bol/test.

Ya big bu,p on alpha dont wanna start it too early or too late it is an almost science like for me bro i waited 3 weeks after my last injec b4 i started with the clomid and nolva and the first week after my last inject i started agressive hcg therepy.....good call alpha we need more info to help

I ran test enanthatelast pin was about 2weeks ago; Im tapering off the dbol now.
