The better your PCT is the less strength you will lose. You can use nolva and clomid both for your PCT, but I personally don't them at the same time. I think you're right about not having enough nolvadex...btw you're probably going to hear a bunch a guys tell you to have EVERYTHING ready, including PCT, next time you do a cycle...just a heads up bro.

bump...you will learn from your own mistakes....to be honest, try and cover your bases, and you should be okay, its back to diet control and more intelligent natural training....
less is more once you are back to normal, but maintaining strength with low reps is a good idea, despite it feeling much harder than before....genetics also play a bigrole in how much your body will maintain on its own, get your natural test back up asap and use supplements to give you an edge....otherwise bridge...lol
