this is one question that always confused me
can you have sex when you are on AAS cycle every week or more often?
does if affect your muscle gain?

Hey man. I am currently on right now and I bang my wife 4-6 times a week with NO ill effects on gains. I am halfway into a 16wk cycle of Test E/Tren E and I have already put on 25lbs. I use aromasin at 12.5mg/day so there is hardly any water weight. Started at 230 and im sitting at 255 at 14%bf. I dont believe there is any real truth to sex hurting your gains. If anything it will give you a good cardio workout if done properly. Especially on tren. So bang away man and enjoy the libido boost.

no it wont effect your gains, you'll get a good ab workout though..lol
