hello im new to the whole steroid thing i have been working out naturally for years on and off i have great form well im a personal trainer i cant talk about this to my work mates as they are all against gear so here i am i want to get a little bigger than i am my question is i do suffer from anxiety and have an issue with putting anything in my body be it an aspirin or roids i opted for orals but i dont want to waist time and money or even compromise health for that matter so has anyone ever had an issue with steroid use and anxiety does it effect you psychologically? is there any reason for concern on my part and what precautions would i need to take to ensure a safe but promising cycle to gain quality strength and muscle.

Sounds like steroids aren't going to be for you. They're designed to alter your bodily state so will will surely be effected. Some are bad for increasing anxiety as well.

Some will increase hunger, some aggression, some fat loss, etc etc so really anything is sure to cause you some anxiety.
My advice would be to stick to supplements. This way your mind state should be a lot more relaxed as you aren't introducing a synthetic hormone into your body. A good quality protein gainer and some extra work will get you some more weight.
