worth it or not?

zma is good stuff, you will sleep like a baby and have some pretty strange dreams...
i always feel refreshed the morning after taking zma, it gives your natural test a boost throughout the evening

ok, just making sure i didnt waste my money, i have ON ZMA and have been taking for about 4 days and really havnt noticed the difference in my sleep. Does it take a while to build up in your system or whats the deal with that?

i notice things about a week or so after using it, its best to cycle it too, like tribulus

ZMA and GABA make me sleep like a baby and wake up energized and ready it does take a few days to notice the effects though
