Is this whey protein fattening? - 01-08-2008

So i use ISS Whey protein (chocolate) and my mom claims this has been the reason why i have added a whopping 20 pounds in just over 2months. I take 2 scoops 2 times a day.I think its just poor eating habits and the occasional munchies from weed every now and then. >.<

I would have to agree that the muching and snacks is what caused the weight gain. Stay of the weed man!LOL!

LOL..I dont think its that bad only about 2gm of fat, I use muscle milk and it has about 17gm of fat, I still stay pretty lean and I drink about 5-6 shakes a day.....I agree its the munches dude..lol, I munch out like crazy when I puff...the secret is to smoke another doob before you get the munchies that way you stay baked and not fade into the munchy stage..haha. Ok lets not turn this into a weed thread

Ya I also agree that its the snacks, because based on the nutritional facts of the protein that your really not over consuming on fat, carbs, or calories to get fat so its got to be the snacks Fersure.

its not the whey...if you are going to smoke then you must eat protein for your munchies...you can eat all the protein you want bro...stay away from all the processed foods (anything man made)...
