I agree with you 100% on that Jax. The research data and analysis would be totally unbiased if those people did not know what they were taking. They would also have to work out for the same amount of time which would be tough which is probably why I have yet never seen research that resembles this. And if you told them to work out on the same days as each other test subject, they would think that they are testing a performance enhancer then leading a possible placebo-effect. It's hard to do what your saying but it would be totally unbiased if the research was carried out in that manner and would be preferred.
