Exclamation Question about capsule supplements. - 01-03-2008

I never used any form of supplement or vitamin in my workouts until a few weeks ago.

I really dont have alot of knowledge on stacking combinations, what is effective, what works best, and what all is out there as a resource for body building.

Im really not even sure if what im stacking right now is legitimately correct.

Im taking synephrine as a stimulant and metabolism booster to cut back on the excess fat tissues im having problems with, as well as NO2 to pump up the muscles during workouts and multi-vitamins to help with recovery and growth. Im trying to lose my fat mass, and build up my muscle mass at the same time. (is that possible?)

Yama had told me that while pumping up the muscles with NO2 felt good, it did not neccesarly increase their strength and mass.

Im open to any suggestions on supplement stacking ideas for my strategy of reducing fat tissues and increasing muscle tissues. The only thing im not open to is injections, which this forum seems to have a lot of. Im talking anything from multi-vitamins, to topical cremes, foods, to mass gain supplements, protien bars, to creatine powder (is there such a thing?) and of course, a plan that would help me reduce my fat tissue content all at the same time.

Can somebody with alot of supplement knowledge give me some better stacking ideas then what i have right now. I wish to try to finish up atleast most of what i got right now, but im definatly open to better solutions for next month.

Cmon, you guys are supplemental geniuses, most of you at least.

Is my plan perfect, or can you give me some suggestions to improve next months supplies?

hey Bro....have ya ever heard of Dermatherm? its supposed to be the newest topical fat burner out right now. burns fat without losing the muscle, i have read some research on it and it seems quite good, im not sure it will promote muscle growth, check it out at Primordialperformance.com, they also have testimonials on all their products, i have dermacrine and dermacrine sustain for my upcoming PCT, but have not tried the Dermatherm, hope this helps

i definitely gained strength while using No2 and creatine together.Diet is key though and most supplements will only give you a small boost unless you step up to anabolics.

I take nanox9, pumps are crazy and makes my veins pop out everywhere, for strength? dunno...I'm on a cycle as well, I just like it for the pumps and gushing veins..lol, you need to take all you supps bro, expecially while on a cycle, for example..high levels of test will suck the calcuim out your bones. multi-vits, amino's, glut, protein are just a few of the important supplements to build muscle and promote faster recovery. Timing of supp intake is very important as well......aminos 15mins before finish training, creatine immediately after training, protien 15-20mins after training or if your trying to stay more lean then bulk you will take protien about 45mins after training instead of immediately after

yeah, i think im gonna just put off the building for a month or 2 until i can get my fat percentage down some. Ill def hang on to the NO2 and ill have to pick up some creatine as well.

But for about another month or 2 i think ill stick to toning excersises, my lipo-6, and i might even get this topical spray this guy told me about. It looks pretty potent, and it says it stacks with my lipo 6, so thats good.

Thanks guys for the tips. I think ive got my next couple months layed out for me.

I dunno about those sprays. I may not be totally correct but imo they are junk. I wouldnt never waste my money on them.

spray? what spray?..if your trying to lean out more and want to stick with supps, try an ECA stack I've had great results with it and many have also
