There are four major types of protein that have been released as of late in the supplement industry. There is Whey Protein, Casein (milk protein), soy protein isolate and egg white protein. Whey protein is the best protein to take out of the four to gain muscle mass if you take it right but is absorbed the fastest out of the four. Whey protein contains the most amino acids of the four protein types. Musle Milk is a highly reputable whey protein and would work well. I personally use Optimum Nutrition 100% designer Whey Protein Gold Standard.
