That's what some people or "Companies" are claiming! The only difference in Kre-Alkyline is it's used to be more absorbant to the bodies Alkyline levels, or Acidic Stomach Enviroment. That's accentualy why there are so many new types of creatines on the market. 100% creatine monohydrate isn't well driven into the individual musce cells. Instead it tends to adapt to the outside of muscle cells and cause what people are saying a more "Bloated Look" or "Water wieght gains." What happens after you stop using monohydrate is you pretty much just piss it out. According to some studdies, your body will only absorb a TRUE 5% of monohydrate if used in plain water. Esterfied and Alkylinated creatines are driven into the muscle cells causing more muscle density but sometimes less size. I personally don't use monohydrate but I do like and have had more positive exp. with the esterfied creatines. back to your Q. Lol! Kre-Alkyline from some people I know said it did work! They got more results for strength instead of size. Thus... Muscle Density.
