CNP PRO RECOVER recomended -

I've just increased my weight intensty and started getting sore muscles (DOMS), with a up comming deadlift workout, i new i was in trouble so i went and bought 2 bottles of CNP pro-recover (post-workout adaptogenic/recovery formula) and it worked a treat i was still alittle sore but felt a massive improvment also i did cool down properly and spent 10 mins stretching after which i dont normally do. seem like a really good product recommended.
