I used it for about a year and didn't really get anything from it, it's basically creatine and a N.O. supp in one, the tablets taste horrible and sour too lol

I know the original NO2 works I haven't used it since they made NO2 Black.

I used Nitrix with moderate success though I did have my best success with pinnacle NOX2
I gained alot of size, strenght and muscle hardness.
