Anything new? - 06-25-2007

Alright guys i love animal products but i would like some opinions because i really wanna try something new. If i want to put on some really good strength and size, and had a 200 dollar budget, what would you suggest? im open to anything. Im still gonna take my multis, aminos, and protein. Anything new on the market that should show great results? thanks guys!

Test.... - 06-25-2007

Might cost a little more than $200 though with shipping and handling with 2 10ml vials of test enthanate. I'd go 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks and then get some clomid for pct and some novadex for any signs of gyno. I'm about to do my first cycle with test pretty soon for 10 weeks. A good mass and strength gainer.

I've been lifting here and there for several years but i got real serious last August. Since January, I've put on about 31 lbs. There is just so much stuff out there, and ive tried a lot, that im not sure if im missing some really good ones. I'm in good shape, can run a sub 5 minute mile, weigh 191 and can put up about 240 so im trying to get stronger and bigger without sacrificing the shape i have.

Thumbs up 07-03-2007

Try to eat more whole grain foods like wheat bread, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole-wheat pasta, oatmeal, etc. Seeing that you eat cereal, you are not afraid of using milk products. I would buy some whey protien at a supplement store or health store, and have a scoop or two for every meal to get in enough protien. You have to have protien to grow bigger muscles period so this will help you get in enough protien. Get your bodyweight and divide it into 6 and that is how many grams of protien you will need for each meal every day. Eat every 2-3 hours to keep your muscles fed throughout the day and to keep your metabolism going. I hope that helps some. Good luck man.
